Summary: Dock is great! New with composite decking so no splinters in little feet! House is small but works, we had family in and out all week and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and relax.

Summary: This house was so cute, clean and a great place for a week long vacation! 3 bedrooms with plenty of beds and sleeping space. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful dock and swim area. We had a great time and will return again!

Summary: The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined. I’ve been to a bunch of area lakes in the last 30 years, but Kingsley lake is definitely my new favorite. The water is super clear & clean; sandy beaches all around; and no signs of alligators whatsoever. I believe it’s the second highest elevation lake in Florida which means there are no rivers or creeks (or pollution) draining into it. It also means there’s a far less likelihood of an alligator entering from a river or creek. Saw lots of bass-boats, water-skiers, wake borders, and a bunch of families with little kids, swimming and enjoying the water. I will definitely come back.
