Our family vacation home is like 'home away from home'. Property is fenced with parking space for vehicles and boat/trailer on side of home. Master bedroom features a king size bed, a bathroom, and direct access to the backyard deck. Second guest room offers a queen size bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Clean wood floor throughout the house. There is also a large roofed porch with a gas grill and plenty of seating area.
You are welcome to bring your own boat, rent one nearby or have one of the many captains pick you up behind the house's private dock. The dock can hold up to a 26 ft boat. A boat lift (2000lbs max weight capacity) is available by special request only for stays of more than 13 nights. The property is on a canal that connects to the intercostal waterways and a short 10 minute ride to Mosquito Lagoon that has the best inshore fishing in the world. You can also visit the beaches of New Smyrna 20 minutes via car or 45 minutes by boat via the Intercostal. On a calm day you can pass the Ponce Inlet lighthouse and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean.

Summary: Lots of outdoor seating on the covered deck and on the lawn. The dock is wonderful if you want to get out in a watercraft. The house is well appointed and pleasant. Enjoy!

Summary: We were so impressed with this house from the moment we entered. All was as advertised and as shown in the pictures. Patio was a great place to relax and chill during the day. Would book again.

Summary: Sunrise over the canal was beautiful, there's a firepit, the patio was perfect for enjoying the outdoors under shade and plenty of sitting area. The handicapped ramp and back yard were perfect for our senior pup (has trouble walking up stairs). The inside was comfortable and had all the essentials.

Summary: This place was exactly as we were expecting. Kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching sunsets. Though we didn’t use the fire pit, that was a nice touch but the canal was very cool. The neighborhood was very walkable and the neighbors were very friendly. And most importantly Lillian was very helpful and easy to contact if something was needed. Very satisfied.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at South Water front Park. The home was super clean and the neighbors relatively quiet. A welcome basket with a bottle of wine and also water was waiting for us upon arrival. Wi-Fi was excellent. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of throw blankets. All of our needs were met. We did not get to use the fire pit due to it raining but did enjoy the area the last day of our visit. Thanks for the wonderful vacation. Eat breakfast ate Ms Peggy’s kitchen and Rip Todes. Good food Support local
