Beautiful house located in the Vega of Granada just 10minutes your FREE PARKING in the city center.
The house has three floors. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, the suite with bathroom and a small balcony, the second with a double bed and the third with two single beds, all with their corresponding wardrobes.
The main floor is formed by the kitchen equipped with everything needed for use (microwave, toaster, coffee and juice etc ..) a great ideal for rest room, a hall and a toilet.
The lower floor is focused for leisure and free time with pool table, arcade machine and darts target ideal for families, also consists of a small bar with bottle rack for the enjoyment of the elderly and a square garage.
Both from the kitchen and from the ground floor you can access a beautiful courtyard ideal for barbecues.
The whole house has heating and air conditioning with heat pump on the main floor and internet (Wifi).
Lovely family home located in the Granada plains, just 10 minutes' drive from Granada city center and free parking.

Summary: We enjoyed staying in this property very much. The location was very convenient to Granada and avoided the hassle of driving in the city. The free parking pass at the Neptune parking location, just 15 minutes walk from the Via Gran Colon, was so useful. The home is lovely, comfortable and clean. The hosts are very accimmodating and helpful.

Summary: Place is in a quiet neighborhood away from town Expect to drive to get food. Parking card for the lot in y the city was great and straight walk to center of town. If going to Alhambra from lot take a taxi for under 10 euros. Communication was excellent and good tips provided. Would stay again

Summary: Angelo was very cordial and explained to us the use of the kitchen, game room and the washer. Very nice and relaxing neighborhood.

Summary: We were met by the owners mother, who was very helpful, showed us around and helped us settle in. Anjel was always available for any queries, anytime we had any. The house was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the showers were high pressure with lots of hot water. We explored the downstairs and played a few games of pool, which was fun. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, great contact with the owner and we would recommend this house for anyone wanting a lovely base when visiting Granada.

Summary: The place was clean, well equipped and safe. Angel was an excellent host easy to communicate with and very informative and helpful. His English was excellent which helped with our poor spanish😎 The parking card to downtown garage is a great bonus. We followed his directions and had an excellent day at Alhambra. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Granada.

Summary: Nice holiday home near Granada. The holiday home was very well equipped, comfortable and everything was clean. In the house is a billiard table, darts, etc. Angel, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and gave us lots of information beforehand on things to see and Tapas etc.. Angel is just so friendly and helpful, too. The parking card is perfect, so we had no parking problems in Grananda. I would definitely recommend this holiday home and I would love to stay again, myself. Thank you Angel for the beautiful days in Granada!!!

Summary: The property was a great home. Very well kept in a new development on the outskirts of Granada. The owner provided a parking pass in town which allowed us to leave the car in an underground area within walking distance of everything in downtown Granada.. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy all the pluses of the home but we were there to enjoy Granada and not a home. A very thoughtful homeowner with extras like water and a full kitchen., a games room and internet. Thanks.

Summary: The house was very accommodating and easy to get to and the rooms were well furnished. The owner met us at the house to walk us through all of the systems and appliances. This was a nice benefit since we were visiting Spain from another country. We also had an additional parking pass from the owner that allowed us to park our car in downtown Granada. I would strongly recommend this house.
