Beautiful house on Lake Rabun sleeps 12 in beds. Please check with owner for cleaning charges and handicap details. NO CLEANING ON WEEKENDS. NO SAME DAY CHECK IN/OUT. Recent renovations include Travertine and marble floors in bathrooms, refinished wood and tile floors in the living areas, fresh paint, beautifully decorated throughout with "comfortable luxury" to pamper guests looking for a relaxing week or weekend. Three of 4 connected bathrooms. Perfect place for quiet, romantic get a ways or family/friends who love to socialize. Spectacular views! Book early- we fill up quickly! PLEASE NOTE- WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE SAME DAY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT REQUESTS DUE TO CLEANING RESTRICTIONS. EACH RESERVATION WILL BE REVIEWED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING! VRBO IS NOT ADHERING TO THIS POLICY WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR DATES REQUEST, SO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU LIST DAYS OF SAME DAY CHECK IN OR CHECK OUT, WE MAY HAVE TO DECLINE A BOOKING REQUEST. My fees are based on VRBOs current policy of charging me not only a large annual fee of several hundred dollars, but commission and credit card processing fees. The traveler also pays a large travelers fee. Please note, due to the large number of towels used by 12 guests, guests will either need to bring their own towels or wash and dry those we provide. We provide washing and drying of bed linens. Our cleaning crew sets the cleaning charges and policies. This policy is non negotiable and is part of our house rules. A separate information packet will be sent to guests with a complete list of all house rules.

Summary: We were in town for my daughters wedding and needed a large house for family and friends to visit. This house was perfect! Loved the fact that we could spread out, or all be together on the sunporch or dock.

Summary: Charming house. Loved the stay but had a few issues w internet & checkout procedures (no power for dishwasher and no detergent for clothes washer). Owner very responsive but hard to troubleshoot on wk end. Was flexible with a specific request which I appreciated.

Summary: We loved the sunroom and boathouse with the covered deck on top! Enjoyed the kayaks, and our fisherman fished from the boathouse (saw lots of fish, bream and bass, but the water was so clear the fish must have seen him, too 😊). The huge dining table was great for dinners. The owner is very reachable and helpful.

Summary: We have used VRBO for many years and have rented lake property, beachfront houses, mountain houses, farm houses, and others. This place is one of the best, nicest and prettiest we’ve ever stayed in. It was large, well decorated and beautiful. It provided ample space (including parking), and the boathouse was right outside the back door. It was in a nice cove on the lake. We will certainly be renting this place again. Our entire group raved about it. Our interaction with the owner was very pleasant. It’s a solid 10 in our book!!
