Newly furnished furnished house, with swimming pool, in Cala Romantica (Manacor), 100 m from coves of immense beauty and close to the impressive Caves of Drach and the Vall d'Or golf course. Beautiful and super cozy! Privileged area as it is surrounded by individual houses without buildings or hotels. Super quiet area with all services. It is next to the paradise 'Cala Varques'. Ideal for spending family vacations. Privileged situation between three coves and 3 km from Porto Cristo and 10 km from Manacor, where the new Rafael Nadal Sports Center is located. There is a bus stop in the same street of the urbanization that goes to Palma de Mallorca and Manacor and you can rent a car in the same cove. In spring and autumn it is ideal for cyclists and hikers and during the summer months there is also a little train that connects with the neighboring town of Portocristo, there is also a bicycle lane and another pedestrian that reaches almost to Costa de los Pinos, about 15 km. In summer there is also a coastal line of boats that take passengers to neighboring towns.
The house has 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, with ceiling fan and toilet on the ground floor. Capacity for 4/6 people. Large living room with equipped kitchen. 27m2 terrace with porch and access to private garden of 97m2. Community area with pool. Only 20 neighbors. Parking space included. Animals are NOT accepted
We charge € 70 for cleaning and deposit of 300 euros at the entrance. Arrival after 11pm has a cost of 50 euros per stay.
The price does not include the tourist rate. The amount of this rate is 2 euros per person (over 16 years) and day, for stays of less than 9 days.
From the ninth day of stay the amount of the fee is 1 euro per person (over 16 years) and day.
This fee must be paid in cash at the entrance.
Possibility of baby cot with a cost of 20 eur per stay.

Summary: The house was perfect for our stay, and is very well equipped. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach, with two further beaches (Mendia and Anguila) also within walking distance. Although we didn't rent a car, it is definitely advisable in order to travel further afield; the TiB buses are great, but most routes involve changes with long wait times. The main downsides to the property are lack of air conditioning (there are ceiling fans); the walls between the houses are thin and noise can be heard from the neighbouring houses; there is some standing water between the house and beach so mosquito repellent is strongly advised for anyone prone to being bitten. None of these things would stop us from returning though - we loved our holiday here and were sad to leave!

Summary: Cool and comfortable property, ample space. Lovely to have access to swimming pool (very clean) and an easy walk to the beach. Small shop within walking distance selling basic foodstuffs, as well as standard tourist fare, but we did most of our food shopping in the supermarkets in the larger towns.

Summary: The house was bigger than we had expected and was well furnished and equipped with all necessary things. Communication with the owner and caretaker Anne was very pleasant and efficient. We would only advice to install air conditioning in the bedrooms, they were quite warm. The ceiling fans helped though. The pool was really nice with sunbed and parasols. And the beaches very close. We can recommend this place!

Summary: Friendly & helpful owner. Nice spacious villa, well located close to beaches & amenties but in need of a little "TLC". Comfortable beds but linens & towels etc rather "tired". Insufficient crockery items for 4 guests never mind 6! Worst complaints:- 1. Lack of w-fi despite it being advertised as available! 2. Lack of water pressure for the showers - it is just awful!!! Would be happy to stay there again.

Summary: My family and I had a very wonderful week in this house at beginning of September. The contact with Oscar and Ms. Anna was very easy, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be better. All extra information for our first stay in the island was provided very quickly and effectively. Thanks for the tips you all! The house had the perfect size for us ( 3 adults and a 3 year old boy), equipped and with 2 nice sized bathrooms. It has a lovely garden with olive trees and a beautiful swimming pool that my little one enjoyed till the last minute. The location is very good, S’Entany des Mas and Mandia beaches are within walking distance (+/- 10-15 min) and if you have rented a car, it’s very easy to explore other parts of the island without sitting too long in the car. We definitely recommend it to our friends and would be willing to come back again for our next holidays.

Summary: We are well and enjoyed very our trip to Mallorca: the wonderful landscape, the mountains at the westcoast, the sea and the beaches with clear water, good restaurants in Portochristo, market in Sineu and and and... Your house was very nice, Anne very friendly and helpful, the apartement was like the description and the fotos. We used the pool every day, all was proper and quiet. We will keep your adress, whenever we would come again to Mallorca, and we also will recommend your house to our friends. I wish you a good summer with many honest guests...!

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks in June 2015.. It was absolutely perfect! Clean and tidy,with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It really felt like home & we didn't want to leave! The location is amazing too..just a few minutes walk to several gorgeous beaches :-) Oscar & Rebeca have been great - really friendly & helpful.. And Anne was very welcoming when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this house,and would love to stay again in the future! Thanks Lindsay & Dave :-)

Summary: Beginning June 2013, we spent 2 weeks in the house and we liked it very well. Surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden, there is a large swimming pool and all around the houses. The house itself is cozy and tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped so that you can cook there. We found the house clean. Great is also a large terrace and beautiful garden in front. This is reached by stairs and we have used it extensively thanks to good weather (sun beds available).
