The Space:
Welcome to our Paradise on Shasta Lea!
This 4 BR/2Bth home with a private pool and hot tub is an entertainers paradise. This is the perfect house for families attending tournaments or concerts at Snowden Grove as we are just ONE mile away! We are 20 mins from the airport and 34 minutes from downtown with plenty of entertainment within 10 minutes and many restaurants within 5 minutes.
The layout of our home includes a living room area, formal dining, a sitting room, a kitchen with a gas stove, and the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight is a cozy outdoor space with a private pool and hot tub that overlooks the private pond. The max occupancy is 10, large gatherings are not allowed.

Summary: We brought our 4 month old to meet family in the area. This beautiful home was the perfect gathering place, especially the backyard. There were lots of baby items available to lounge in and play with. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Just finished a week long stay for baseball tourney in Snowden Grove. The property was in close proximity to great restaurants, grocery store, park etc. Property in excellent condition, kids loved the pool after the long hot days. Linda was super friendly and responsive to the few questions we did have. I would stay there over and over again. Five star for sure!!

Summary: This was truly a beautiful getaway. The house was amazing, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The scenery was beautiful and very relaxing.
