Positive: A beautiful spacious home in a great location and at an affordable price! The house was spacious, had an entertainment area and board games etc...which kept the teenagers and kids entertained. Large kitchen with everything you would need. The hosts are amazing and we were greeted with chips and water and fresh bread and croissants in the fridge with spreads in the pantry. We stayed during winter and the central ducted heating is perfect! There is an office area so perfect for me as I could work comfortably. Plenty of parking space too. We stayed 5 nights and it felt like home! So cosy and warm. We had 3 adults, 3 teens and 1 child and the house was large enough to accomodate all and more. Check in and check out was easy and straight forward. Thank you for your beautiful home. We will definitely stay again when in Melton.
Negative: Nil - everything was great and met our needs and expectations.

Positive: Very clean and comfy. Spacious and good location. Also has everything you need. Perfect for families
Negative: Bed in main bedroom is firm which was good for me and not so comfortable for hubby. It wasn’t an issue though

Positive: spacious, warm and made to feel welcome by hosts. every thing needed to be comfortable in kitchen with stove , oven , microwave, fridge, laundry facilities, iron etc. appreciated water and chips supplied for us to graze on. Dining room area great. For a family it would be great with games room which we didnt need this time.
Negative: not serious things. mirrors in bedrooms would be helpful. extra pillows and towels are needed . Aerial to connect free to air TV. not costly things . Front bedrooms hear busy Exford Rd, but nothing hosts or anyone else can do about it.
Summary: very comfortable and catered for needs easily

Positive: The house was very clean. Central heating in June overnight on a timer was a lovely treat. Also available was an air-conditioner anytime. Every item we could wish for was available, the property being well equipped, especially the kitchen. The lounge area is big with a large covered outdoor area and room with a pool/table tennis table. We were greeted with bottled water, bag of crisps, bread, wraps, UHT milk in the fridge, condiments, spreads and food wrappings. The bathrooms and laundry had toiletries, including toothpaste, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, spare toothbrushes, hand wash, body lotion, tissues, washing detergent, and lots more. The 2 beds our party used were very comfortable. The property was conveniently located near shops. It has a lot of room and each bedroom is spacious. The host was very communicative and responsive. Check-in was easy. We had no hassles and would recommend this property.
Negative: It was a little noisy on the main road, but the shutters helped during the day, and at night, the traffic dropped off.

Positive: Loved the spacious rooms, location and ample parking.
Negative: The couch in the tv lounge was unconfortable while watching tv. More designed to be laid on I think. Also the matress in the main bedroom was too hard. After speaking to the owners they assured me they would fix the matress. I would definately recommend this house and would stay again!
