Summary: Beautiful location right on the beach. Loved the 2 kayaks and the stand up paddle board located in the house. House is as described in the listing. You will want a car to get around but driving was very easy and the grocery store was 5 minutes away. Our family had a great time.

Summary: We stayed for 8 days and had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend getting a rental car. Driving on the left was not hard once I got used to it and having a car opened up the island to us. We were able to get groceries, go to restaurants, take tours (most of which start near paradise island or in the main marina). Guy was very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to lend us his tennis racquet and some balls. We never had trouble getting on the court (always first thing in the morning before it got hot). There was an initial mixup on the days, but Guy worked with us to make a quick adjustment and it all worked out. Andrea also was a great help, offering to pick up groceries, but was a font of suggestions for places to eat. We ate several times at the Pink Octopus and the meals were very good. We also stayed in and cooked several meals for ourselves in the fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was waking up to coffee on the beach or just walking right onto the beach to swim or snorkel. Guy also recommended Samantha for an in-house massage, which we did on the last day. She was very professional and it was a perfect way to end our visit. I highly recommend staying at this unit.

Summary: I have no substantive complaints about the home or location; both were very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners and managers for allowing us to stay in such an amazing place. One minor critique: Our family is not used to firm foam mattresses and would have preferred softer, pillow-top mattresses.

Summary: The condo is beautiful and right on a beautiful, calm, private beach! The condo has everything you need - including extras like a paddle board and kayak! However, I would recommend renting a car as there is only one restaurant on site , nothing close by and taxis are expensive! However, we loved being on this side of the island! It is a little piece of paradise and we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Exactly what we were hoping!! Quiet, beautiful beach. Friendly neighbors and amenities were perfect. We enjoyed every minute. Andrea was responsive and so helpful throughout our entire stay. Guy was very helpful prior to our stay. Highly recommended!!

Summary: This was our second time to stay at a beachfront villa in Palm Cay. The houses are right on the water and the gated community is quiet and safe. Our group of 7 enjoyed a week on the beach and we I’ll be returning.

Summary: The condo was absolutely amazing! Right on the beach, just steps away from the crystal clear ocean. Having access to the kayak and paddle board was an extra plus. The condo had plenty of room for our family and having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom was great. Andrea, the housekeeper, was amazing. She greeted us upon our arrival. She also bought and delivered groceries for us to make our stay even easier. She had great recommendations about the surrounding area, too. We've stayed at several Airbnb's, and I can say that this was definitely the best!! We will return!

Summary: Wow. We actually transferred to this property from a less-than-stellar place elsewhere on the island. We LOVED it. You are right on the beach -- I mean, directly on the beach. The beach is private and gorgeous. Palm Cay is clean and safe -- our kids loved the small club and we loved the rum drinks at the bar! We loved this side of the island -- close to Paradise Island but out of the hustle and bustle. We think about this place every single day and we know we'll be back. Highly recommended!

Summary: Palm Cay is a beautiful resort! It is well maintained and very safe. The villa was beautiful and spacious. Tracey, property manager, was very helpful in arranging taxi service to and from the airport. She answered all our questions and provided good suggestions for our stay. I would suggest booking a villa ON the beach. We were either in the ocean or on the outdoor porches relaxing. I highly recommend this property .
