Summary: This is one of the most beautiful condos I've ever stayed in. Everything is completely renovated, and it is huge. It's really nice because there's no one above you, and there's an elevator. It's part of a beach club, so you have the best of both worlds. You have the ability to cook at home but go to the resort's restaurant and use their amenities, which are either free or reasonably priced. The only draw back is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach, but we really liked having the excuse to walk, and you have a great view of the marina on the way. Laurie and Andrew have gone above and beyond in making things easy. They have an extensive guide to get you setup - way more info than you would get at a hotel. They also checked in and made sure we had everything we need. We are very grateful that they shared their beautiful home with us!

Summary: My family of four stayed in this beautiful condo for a week during our first visit to The Bahamas. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to cook, feel comfortable and at home. There were lovely touches such as fresh basil provided, shampoo and soaps, snorkeling and pickleball gear. We truly felt spoiled staying here. The gated community felt very safe and it was great to have access to both a pool and a beach with great snorkeling opportunities. Laurie and Andrew were perfect hosts and responded very quickly to questions, including providing recommendations for places to eat and things to see! We highly recommend this great condo!

Summary: Our hosts Laurie and Andrew were wonderful. They provided immediate/very useful communication before, during and after our stay. The condo is beyond beautiful. With a slick and modern decor, it is equipped with everything you may need. All the rooms in the house are spacious, and provide a relaxing/beachy vive. The area is quiet, private and safe (it’s a gated community) We loved the beach club that you can find at the end of the road. The beach is beyond beautiful. The best Vrbo we ever stayed in.

Summary: Great location. We stayed here before leaving on a Moorings Charter. The unit was conveniently located near the dock and stores for provisioning. The unit was immaculate with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and night lights. I highly recommend this lovely condo.

Summary: What a phenomenal stay we had at this condo property “Sea Biscuit” in Nassau, Bahamas! We stayed 6 days from March 24, 2024 to March 29, 2024. The condo was clean, modern, spacious, nicely decorated and provided such a relaxing vibe. We stayed with two young boys aged 6 and 2 and they loved every minute of their stay. I was grateful for the hosts (Andrew and Laurie) giving consideration to having kid friendly items onsite (inclusive of travel crib, toddler dishes, toiletries, and beach toys). The condo was in a safe gated community with free available parking. We rented a car for access around the island. The supermarket was a 4 minute drive away from the condo which allowed us to stock up on foodstuffs during our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I’m so grateful we found this spectacular gem of a property. It was a definite highlight to our vacation. Whenever we return to Nassau, we will look to staying again at this condo.

Summary: We just got back from a week staying at Sea Biscuit, and I wish we could've stayed longer! Laurie and Andrew are wonderful hosts and provide lots of thoughtful communication before and during your stay. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We were traveling with our 11 month old son and Laurie and Andrew were so wonderful and accommodating with providing us with all of the necessities (pack and play, high chair, toys, utensils, etc.) for him in the condo, so we didn't have to rent anything. In addition, the condo is also very well equipped for those traveling without children as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great spot to stay on Nassau! We hope to return in the future!
