This luxurious cottage is located in Wayland Michigan. Located on a private drive with a beautiful view of Cobb lake. It is on the water with access to kayaks provided with your stay. The lake is swimable. After a long day you can utilize the deck overlooking the beautiful lake or simply enjoy by watching a movie inside or playing some board games. Property sits on 1.73 acres of lake frontage. Additional seating and tables are available per request.
- Master Bedroom with a private deck and views of the lake. Also, includes private master bathroom with Jacuzzi, rain shower and walk in closet. Baby crib is also available if needed.

Summary: This house on Cobb Lake was fantastic! It was plenty big enough for our large family. They all loved the sand bars all around the lake that allowed for hanging out in the water during the beautiful sunny afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the place again. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our family of 15 have stayed at many VRBO’s all over the US. This was probably the nicest home we have stayed in. Very clean and very nicely furnished. Kitchen very well stocked. Only problem was WIFI was not adequate to keep up with all our devices. Men went outside to watch football games on their phone. Main TV went out the second day we were there. We would definitely stay again hopefully these problems will be fixed. Owner responded to our questions extremely promptly.

Summary: Loved the property this is the second time we've used it! Beautiful, spacious and the host is incredibly responsive and kind. They helped with everything that we needed. I would recommend this property over and over again! Can't wait to stay here again!

Summary: We were able to really relax and enjoy the lake and the sandbars and nearby golf course restaurants and some shopping and wineries . Kids had a blast too and family was great very polite and kept the house nice and clean.

Summary: I would highly recommend this property. The house was very clean and has a wonderful set up for a bigger group. Very kid friendly as well. The owners were wonderful with communication and went above and beyond for our stay.

Summary: My husband, kids and their families (15 in total) stayed at this awesome house in July. There were plenty of beds for all of us. The house is decorated beautifully with plenty of room to spread out. The we ate dinner on the huge deck every night. Had a fire every night and really enjoyed the sandbar at the end of the peninsula. It was nice for the little kids being as the water was just a foot or so high. Most of us kayaked or paddle boarded evey day. The owners were really nice and very accommodating. Loved our stay! Thank you😊

Summary: We had an amazing time staying here last week. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and there was more than enough space. The house is set up so well for everyone at all ages. The lake is very clean- great for swimming, boating, and seeing turtles! We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend staying here!
