Negative: The early morning noise from traffic on the highway side of the building. We were told that all the king rooms were on that side. We ended up needing ear plugs.

Positive: Loved the location! Very easy to find and to return to highway. Bed was comfortable, good parking, and very clean lobby.
Negative: The bathroom sink had black mold between the bowl and countertop. We passed hotel check in guy outside and he had to be asked to come in and wait on us. Most times he was absent from the desk with a sign stating he'd return shortly.
Summary: I would stay here again and I'd rate my overall stay a 9

Positive: Very nice staff, clean, comfortable and breakfast was great! Salvino's restaurant nearby was very good as well!
Negative: A little hard to find entrance to the hotel as it is tucked back behind culvers and shopping center. Not a problem after we found it though!

Positive: My room was very clean. The pillows were great. The desk staff were friendly and professional. I thought the breakfast options were good with scrambled eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes, waffle maker, 4 juice choices, cereals, hot oatmeal, muffins.
Negative: 1: The step-in shower! It was roomy and the water pressure was fine and it drained well. BUT there was NO PLACE (no holder or ledge or bar) to place soap, shampoo, or a razor! I had to lay my items on the shower floor. Weird! And a potential slip hazard with nothing to grab onto… 2: I didn’t care for the hefty “incidental” charge which they promise will be refunded (fingers crossed!)
Summary: Basically a nice hotel; just a couple quirks to be aware of

Positive: The lobby was large and very clean The front desk person was pleasant. The breakfast was good. There was a large selection of snacks and amenities available for purchase.
Negative: The shower was just okay. The elevator was a little sketchy. The room was comfortable and clean but nothing special. The signage to find it was terrible.
Summary: Clean and comfortable, one of the better Best Westerns I’ve stayed in.
