We are one of Smith Lake's most in demand properties because of our amazing lake view! Our beautifully decorated lakefront house will take your breath away as you enter the front door. We offer a fire table on our large deck that provides the perfect ambiance for winter sunsets. Our living room offers a full library to curl up with a good book. Open concept house features lakefront floor to ceiling glass wall spanning the entire width of the home on both levels. Perfect for accommodating multiple families, with two kitchens with stainless steel appliances, over-sized granite kitchen island, 3 Refrigerators, crystal clear Scotsman ice maker, two laundry rooms, and two entertainment centers. Upstairs and downstairs can be separated into two house plans with separate entrances. Year-round water. Wrap around porch with lake view from every angle. Over-sized 50' x 14' deck for entertaining. Separate huge covered patio with ceiling fans. Portable speaker offered to enjoy in the house and on the dock. Large, furnished screened-in recreational porch. Custom dock available for use. Includes space to tie up a boat. Includes a pier for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. 3 of the 5 bedrooms feature 50" flat screen TVs with satellite, and in-room sound. All bedrooms feature upscale designer furniture with comfortable, premium mattresses. Each of the 4 full bathrooms features beautiful granite counter tops, tiled showers with sliding glass doors, and tiled flooring. There are 2 king and 3 queen beds, 1 twin daybed with a trundle. We also offer 3 premium floor mats.

Summary: We gathered to celebrate my son’s 23rd birthday. We didn’t need 2 areas for cooking but having the extra space was nice. 3 refrigerators was a plus. It rained at some point on most days but had plenty of games or just chill and read a book. We used the paddle boards and played corn hole too. Wonderfully quiet place in a neighborhood with large lots.

Summary: The property is in a great location but the property overall is a bit rundown. There were cobwebs everywhere, the grill was inop and the AC doesn’t cool upstairs while the people downstairs freeze(just one unit).The deck upstairs is buckling and Is a tripping hazard. The coffee maker might work or might not. Also there are so many rules. They are posted all over the house plus in your email you receive at check in. The check in is a bit late at 4PM (although you may can get an early check in)and check out is at 10AM.

Summary: This home is so beautiful and the view of the lake is breath taking. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The beds were so comfortable. The extra oven downstairs came in handy while preparing large meals. Highly recommend this home!

Summary: This home is a wonderful place for family time! My adult children and grandchildren meet us there for a long weekend. The boys fished from sun up to sundown. The driveway was perfect to set up a pickleball net! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The views from the back porch are stunning! The one word of caution-Smith Lake is not private. I was under that impression and simply failed to ask which was my mistake! The game warden did give my son in law a ticket so get your fishing license!😊 The host is very responsive to any questions that might come up. I loved our time here and highly recommended it!

Summary: We had the absolute best weekend here!! Our group had 8 adults. The pictures don’t do this place justice - it’s beautiful! Plenty of space, dock is a short walk, stunning views, lots of privacy, etc. The view coming in from the water by boat is stunning. The provided cornhole boards were much appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Absolutely perfect weekend! Thank you for hosting us!

Summary: Very clean, very big perfectly spaced out rooms for privacy. Amazing Views and Gorgeous Lake! The owner was So Accommodating and Great to work with. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I don’t think there’s a better place to stay anywhere on this lake. We will stay here again!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful long weekend at this lake house! The location of the house on the quiet cove was perfect- very little boat wake and not too long of a walk to the dock. The owners were great at communicating with us when needed, and the house was well stocked with large areas to gather. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful vacation on the lake. The location of this home is perfectly situated on a peaceful cove. We spent many hours sitting on the dock, swimming, kayaking and standup paddle boarding. Our adult kids stayed on the lower level, giving them lots of privacy to sleep in and work remotely. The kitchen is well equipped making meal prep really easy. It was hard to leave the lake and we would gladly stay here again.
