"Lake Life on Lake Arrowhead” is a beautiful lakefront home with views of the lake from almost every room! Our home is locatedat the end of a cul de sac in Lake Arrowhead, a private gated community.
It is the perfect home for several families!
We have two full kitchens; two laundry rooms; one beautiful living & dining room area; and a TV room/den on each of the three floors, each with a large Smart TV & cable. Four bedrooms have their own TVs; three with Smart TVs & cable, and one bedroom with a Smart TV only.
You enter our home on the top level, which is where the main kitchen is located. The kitchen has a large island overlooking the den and a screened-in deck with a swing bed. The top floor has another open deck right off the living room and primary bedroom. This deck has another dining table that seats four, a love seat, two chairs & a propane fire pit. The dining room has a beautiful large table that seats 8-10, with two dining chairs and two large benches.
The first of two primary bedrooms is located on the top floor, with a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and a bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, two sinks, and a water closet which includes a bidet.
The middle floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, pool table, wet bar, game/dining table, and probably the best den area in the house, with windows that are two stories high! The middle floor also has two large decks; one screened and one open, and each with a patio table that seats four. The first bedroom on this floor has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The bottom floor has a second full kitchen and a second primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bath. The primary bathroom has an amazing shower, double vanities, heated floors & heated towel bar. This bedroom has its own private patio area with beautiful views of the lake. The second bedroom on the bottom floor has two queen-sized beds, a full bath with heated floors, and french doors that lead to a patio.
We have a very large dock and a trampoline built over the water. We also have 5 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 2 Hydro-bikes, and a hammock overlooking the lake and mountains. Our back yard is flat, so it’s perfect for yard games. We have a Corn Hole game, badminton set, croquet set, and a fire pit area.
The Lake Arrowhead community has two swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, practice putting green, club house, incredible restaurant with amazing views, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, playground, hiking trails, etc. There is plenty to do in Lake Arrowhead!
Garland Mountain is about 15 minutes away, and has a great restaurant, great views, and a clay shooting course. The City of Canton is about 20 minutes from our home, and has some excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Reformation Brewery is a fun bar with a huge outdoor TV perfect for watching The Braves, Falcons, etc. One of the best antique/crafts markets is located right beside the brewery, Cotton Mill Exchange. So be sure to stop in and find some treasures.
GUEST COUNT: Cherokee County Short-Term Rental Ordinance allows 16 overnight guests, of which 10 guests can be children & adults 11 years of age and older. Children 10 years of age and under do not count towards that number.

Summary: The house is beautiful with breathtaking views of the lake that made every moment magical. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to feel right at home. Communication with the property manager was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and helpful before and throughout our stay. If I could give this place a score of 12 out of 10, I absolutely would! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Summary: We had a great visit when we came to the area for my nephew’s wedding. The house had many living areas and places for our family of 13 to visit. Lots of porches with beautiful views, great amenities, and a great host. The grandkids loved the trampoline and dock beside the lake . The kitchens were stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Summary: This lake house has it all, including 3 floors of bedroom options for couples, singles, and children. Gas grill for BBQ. Floating dock with chairs & tables. Several kayaks, paddleboard, and a selection of paddles for both. Option to add sailing on the pontoon boat from the dock. Also on the North end of Lake Arrowhead (no wake zone, good for swimming & paddle board) and it's a short paddle (or pontoon boat ride) down to the South end where wakes are allowed. Plus games, pool table, and more in case the weather keeps you indoors.

Summary: We had two families stay in this home with a total of 4 adults and 7 children and it wasn't even close to cramped. The two master bedrooms on the top and bottom floors were a great feature for us, with the kids bedrooms on the middle floor so that they wouldn't wake us up. I also love the fact that we had a separate kitchen in the basement. The lake was fun and the kids loved the trampoline suspended over the water. Sloan was a pleasure to work with. We intend to stay there again!

Summary: I'm not sure where to start. Everything about this trip was so amazing. We arrived to the property and had easy access to the front door and garage entry. Once inside you realize this property is more than described on the website. The layout of the property is very well thought out. Each floor has access both from the balcony and interior of the home which was awesome! The house is stocked will games and amenities you'd usually have to buy yourself. Once on the ground level it the home opens up to an amazing view and easily accessible boat dock which serves as a great space to lounge around or cast a few reels for fishing. We really enjoys the Water Bikes that were there for our use. We explored the lake a bit on our trip. Wish I'd known sooner, I would've rented my on poonton boat to go further out on the lake. Boat rental are available on Lake Arrowhead. The master suite was awesome with a very comfortable bed and soft sheets. The jet tub in the master was awesome with a ceiling opening that provided plenty of natural lighting. The rooms were huge, each having it's very own balcony access. Pool, ping pong, corn hole, you name it, and it was there to use including canoes and paddle boards. Ms Buseby was always available for any questions like "how do I start the gas grill". During checkout the host allowed us plenty of time for breakfast and cleanup. This is one of the best trips we've had and my group uses VRBO often for large group trips. This house is a gem!
