This fully remodeled home is equipped with a large backyard, patio furniture, and a firepit to help you enjoy those cool summer nights with a side of s'mores. If the weather isn't giving you permission to spend the day out on the boat, this house provides an abundance of indoor entertainment with Netflix streaming, plenty of DVDs, and even board games, while central air conditioning helps to beat the heat.
This home is located on Lake Travis and the Colorado River, close to multiple marinas and boat rental facilities. Downtown Austin is about 20 miles southeast, the perfect distance for a day trip.

Due to the 2021 winter storm, the washer and dryer at this home are not available.

Summary: We really enjoyed the cabin, it was very cute sitting on the water (which was VERY low this year). We had some minor issues the first night, maybe consider other areas for holiday weekends...the compound next door to the left (camper and such) held a rave that lasted till 2am. EXTREMELY loud music that bumped for 4 hours. We had just flow in and wanted to get to sleep for an early start at Magnolia Farms Saturday am. It was awful. Music started back up Saturday night but ended by midnight....I'm sure other than a holiday this might be a good spot but it wasnt the best for us due to the raves.

Summary: The House has poor wi fi and it is difficult to work with a lap top. The property also has a no pet policy which makes it difficult for pet owners.

Summary: We enjoyed the cottage & sitting out on deck looking out on lake. Only con we just couldn’t swim because water too low. We will be back!

Summary: Everything was clean and comfy! Only issue we had is that the tree limbs hang pretty low so we couldn’t put our boat inside the gate. We called for alternate parking in the early evening and didn’t hear back until the next morning. Also the shower head should be replaced as it sprays out of the shower and makes a bit of a puddle outside the shower. We would stay again if we didn’t have our boat with us!

Summary: The cabin was an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. The lake level was down quite a bit so it was a 100-150 yard trek from the edge of the grassy yard to the water across some rocky lake bed. You might want to check the water level of the lake before booking/visiting. If you come and the water is down, bring sturdy water shoes and portable chairs. The beach is covered in sharp broken shells. The cabin was very peacefully situated on a gated long approximately acre lot with lush St. Augustine grass and nice shady trees, very private even though there's no fence separating you from the neighbors to the west. Great deck and patio area. Excellent hot water supply and water pressure in the shower! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Very cute little home, perfect for a couple’s getaway! Loved the very large outdoor space and view of Lake Travis! Great location too, having Vincents on the Lake restaurant practically next door! Very peaceful location!

Summary: The property was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed. Usually within a day I'm ready to go home. Small home but felt very spacious and clean. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend this is the place to be. The only negative would be the shower head, hard to keep the water in the shower.
