Built in 2015, this contemporary, lake-front home was designed for family vacations and to take full advantage of the beauty of the home’s surroundings.Two private primary suites are available, each with its own screened porch to enjoy a quiet morning coffee overlooking the scenic cove. The first master suite has a full bathroom with a luxury shower, while the second suite has a bathroom with a jetted tub. And for your enjoyment, all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.
The common areas are open with expansive views of the water and ample seating both indoors and outside.Take advantage of the over-sized, covered porch overlooking the covered dock.The family chef will also enjoy the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grilling areas.
Conveniently located minutes from Rt. 33 and Beach Island Marina, this vacation home sits on a private cove with deep, quiet water. A gently sloping driveway makes it easy for you and your guests to take full advantage of ample parking and room for your RV or boat trailer.The home has an unobstructed view of the cove as it meets the scenic Clinch River. Only the beauty of the cove and the river is visible from our large, covered deck that wraps around two sides of the home, allowing for great views of the water and surrounding natural beauty.
The covered dock will always be made available to our guests to take advantage of year-round, deep water.Enjoy our sun-deck for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking.The quiet water of the cove provides a safe and calm area for families to enjoy the water. We have provided full electricity to the dock with the ability to control current from the top of the stairs so you can power off the dock while your family takes advantage of the cove.

Summary: Very quiet setting with a beautiful view of the lake. House is spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood (hilly) roads for a good walk. Was able to hold a hour long Zoom meeting without any internet issues. Would book this house again.

Summary: 5 of us sisters had an amazing and much needed long weekend and Ned’s Norris Nook fit the bill. We absolutely loved so much about it. The kayaks were great, the hot tub was PERFECT for late night relaxing, the bonfire was fun, the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed so we didn’t even have to leave…. we brought ingredients for every meal and just had a blast for 3 nights! Of note…. we had to call property management twice for things that were anyone’s fault and both times were met with instant responses. The first time was because the internet connection was bad and the TVs weren’t working right. The pm (Naomi) came and reset the router and spent a LONG time making sure every TV worked. She was so helpful! The second time was because there was a major storm in the night and the next morning our dock had disengaged from the track. Therefore, we had no access to the dock. That day the pm was Amanda and she immediately sent a dock crew to get it back in line. We did puzzles, played cards, drank wine, soaked in the hot tub, fished, kayaked, had a bonfire, watched movies, cooked meals and had an amazing time. The beds (and all else) were very clean and so comfy. We loved the screened in porches. Would highly recommend this cabin. Hesitant to leave a good review cause we want it all to ourselves. Haha

Summary: The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. House could also use more/better lighting on first floor. Very dim in the evenings. Nice place to stay if you’re planning on just staying at house. Otherwise, most other activities (I.e., hikes, shopping) are at least a 30-45 min drive away.

Summary: We loved this cabin. Our kids had a great time! We loved the dock and the porch. The master bedroom was amazing especially the bed. We loved the inclosed porch in each of our rooms. The showers and bathrooms were very clean! We will definitely be back and stay longer next time.

Summary: This house and property is absolutely amazing! When you are on the deck it feels like you are the only ones around. This is my family’s 4th trip to Tennessee and this is by far the best trip we have taken and would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get away and enjoy some piece and quiet. The views are incredible and if you like being on or around the water then this is the perfect place for you. We look forward to coming back again!
