3 Bedroom House in Hannahs Bay, Hannah's Bay

Our home is open plan with the sitting room looking out onto the Lake and is less than 3 minutes walk to the large playground at Hannahs Bay reserve (which includes BBQ cooking facilities.
There is also a Spa at our holiday home, perfect for relaxing during your time at the house.
Included in the home are all the comforts of home including basic appliances, sandwich press, rice cooker, coffee machine, microwave…. and for winter the home has a big heat pump in the sitting room to keep you nice and warm.
Also included are some toys and books for children, high chair, basic portable cot (excluding sheets etc for it) and most of the essentials a family would need, including a dish washer, washing machine and dryer.
The home is three bedrooms – two with King beds and the last with a queen bunk on the bottom and king single on the top. Each of the three rooms has a flat screen TV. The sitting room has a 50” TV available for use. There is also wireless internet available.
With all these options available there is little need to leave Hannahs Bay but if you’re looking for more, then 10 mins away are all the main attractions like the Markets (including the night market on Thursday nights), Luge and Gondolas, Agrodome, Zorb and much more. Approximately 5 minutes from the Redwood Forest.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Its was well equipped for families with children. Two washing machines and dryers was amazing. Great when you have four kids. Everything met our expectations, and more. The kids loved the spa! Thank you.

Summary: Lovely views. House was great for our needs. A few running repairs needed, and spraying for spiders! Beds comfortable and plenty of towels. Outdoor area a bit disappointing as it has such a great setting. Would be lovely with table and chairs. Spa was great for tired legs!

Summary: Great place to stay, close to all the things we wanted to do in Rotorua and little supermarket and mcds but in a nice quite area. Bring slippers if you stay the bathroom tiles are cold and be prepared if you have thick hair like me, the shower pressure is not enough to attempt it. Other than that, perfect :)

Summary: The beach access is wonderful, and so is the fact that the property is very child-friendly (the toys are of great help to distract the kids while we attend to chores around the house). The house is not too far from general amenities and only about 10mins from downtown Rotorua. The views are great too!

Summary: Awesome spot, awesome home, with 3 kids we all had enough space to chill, the layout was great, Awesome view from lounge dining kitchen area and from the bed in the master bedroom!! Spa and kayak where a perfect added extra the boys loved. Just 1 thing was missing, and that was salt, I was tricked by a jar that sat next to the pepper thinking it was salt. Eggs and hash browns are a bit strange covered in sugar... whoops!!! Hahaha but hey it made for a hilarious start to the 1st day for me & my family. With out a doubt we will definitely stay here again when we return to Rotorua.
