Summary: We are a group of school friends who meet annually. We had a lovely stay at Orchard Cottage and the hot tub was a huge hit. The house is spacious and well equipped. The location is lovely and we enjoyed a scenic walk into Matlock via the Lumsdale waterfall and Mill. Spent the day at Chatsworth which was well worth the visit. The host, Sue, could not have been more helpful.

Summary: 7 of us stayed at the property, which provided plenty of space for us all. The three bathrooms were useful in the mornings, with all of us getting ready. The lounge had seats for all the adults in the morning. Located just outside Matlock, you are well placed to explore all the local sights. Whilst having somewhere to retreat after a long day out.

Summary: We had a great stay in this property The location is great for walking and driving to places of interest. The wi-if was slow and it really needs either a clothes dryer or a line to hang clothes outside on but neither of these things distracted us from having a great time x
