3 Bedroom House in Waterville Valley

Fully furnished townhouse in the heart of Waterville Valley. This 3 level, 3 BR townhouse is one mile from Waterville Valley Ski Area (FREE shuttle to ski area) and is within walking distance to Town Square with its shops, grocery store and restaurants.
The 1st floor has a living room with a 42' flat screen TV, a queen size sofa bed, a half bath, and a den with fireplace. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 FULL size beds,, the other bedroom with two twin size beds, a washer/dryer and a full bath. The 3rd floor has a Master BR, queen sized bed, TV, a full bath with jacuzzi and skylight. Sleeps 8 comfortable. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room.
Use of the Mountain Athletic Club facilities is available to renters for a nominal fee. Amenities include Olympic size indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, state of the arts fitness center, racquetball courts, tennis and more. There is also a 9 hole golf course within walking distance and an 18 hole course about 15 mins away.
Along with downhill skiing and snowboarding, other winter activities include cross-country skiing, ice skating and hockey. Guests also have use of the Waterville Valley Athletic Club with Olympic size indoor, outdoor pools and hot tubs, for a fee. In spring, summer and fall the area is known for its hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming and is close to all major White Mountains attractions.

Summary: This is the second year we have stayed here and have enjoyed the condo very much . It’s in an awesome location in WV and the condo is well appointed with all you’ll need the cozy fireplace is an added benefit. We will be back !

Summary: Great communication from Steve Alger who even checked on us after arrival; much appreciated. A nice stay. Only slight criticism is that the kitchen was a bit under stocked, no stoiletries but these are minor complaints.

Summary: We had a great stay at the condo, which had more than enough room for our family of four. It was nice to have the master bedroom on a separate floor and away from the kids. The location is near restaurants, the town center, and all the activities in the area. Our host was very communicative and shared helpful information. Although the weather didn't cooperate for a ski trip, we still had a nice stay.

Summary: This was an excellent condo rental in Waterville Valley. Close to everything. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Foliage was beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. Much larger than 2 people need. Plenty of room for a family or two. It was accurately described. Three floors. Loved the large jetted tub on the third floor.

Summary: The condo is bigger and nicer than it appears in the pictures, so that's a nice thing to look forward to. :-) Looked and smelled sparkling clean yet not chemical-y. Plenty of clean towels. Note that the "master" BR is on the third floor, but not an issue unless visitors have mobility concerns. We really enjoyed the easy walking/cycling access to Town Square, which is not extensive but has everything you need. The Town Square market has everything you could want, from foil lasagna pans to fancy coffee. Renting bikes was easy and bike store staff were helpful. Plenty of things to do with small children (pond, small beach, easy hiking, swimming holes, etc.) right within the area, though our grumpy teens required going further afield, but, that's on them. I never did figure out how to use the televisions and their multiple remotes, etc, but, we weren't there to watch TV and to be honest I can't figure out our TV at home either. Only reason location is 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is no free easy access to a nice pool, but, again, easy access to swimming holes in the area rivers. Overall, great stay and we really appreciated walking in late at night after a long drive and finding this to be such a nice place.

Summary: We had a very nice time. The property is extremely well maintained and well stocked. The kitchen and baths had just about everything you would need in terms of utensils, towels, pots, pans etc. Nothing to complain about. Would definitely go again.
