Positive: The neighborhood and the pool were pretty cool
Negative: Smaller bed arrangements than I thought. Also, bathroom is in main bedroom so we have to keep walking in and out of the bedroom to access the bathroom
Summary: I would stay in the area again. But not the same unit

Positive: We loved the bathtub, heating and cosy couch and armchair, together with lovely pillows and a blanket. The kitchen was nice with lots of cutlery and useful appliances.
Negative: We had a mouse in our house! I contacted the maintenance but no one came! Even after meeting the cleaning lady and telling her about our problem, no one came to help. We tried our best so solve the problem on our own, but we are not sure if the mouse is still in or out of the house. The heating in the living room emitted some weird smell, so it was unbearable to be inside. The lock on the bedroom door doesn’t work, and also, better attach the ladder to the upper bed so nobody falls off. Mattresses are the worst! It was impossible to get a good rest, so please change them asap!! And, please repair the spring on the front door.

Positive: It was perfect for our little Memorial Day weekend getaway with my husband and our two kids 4 & 7 months. Had everything we needed and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Love the location. Very close to Waterville valley center. CLEAN! Cozy and just super cute!
Negative: I wish the property stated it wasn’t part of the freedom pass. We couldn’t get guest privileges to swim and the properties pool was locked and we were really looking forward to kicking off summer with a swim. But that’s okay!
Summary: Absolutely loved this property cute, cozy and affordable!

Positive: Place was very clean and had plenty of towels. Left plenty of paper towels, toliet tissue and garbage bags
Negative: Have ice trays!!!!!!! Would have been nice to have 1-2 Keurig cups on hand for first morning. Location was nice but not for us. We did a poor job in picking our activities to match up with our lodging ( that’s all on us)
Summary: Place was clean and it worked for us.
