A master bath with a jetted tub! A beautiful patio area that walks out the water and shared pier! A small shared beach area! This condo is relatively quiet and private! Centrally located right near the academy and minutes from downtown! A short walk to restaurants and stores! We also have a shared gym on site and sauna for guests! No pets allowed! No smoking!
