Beautiful 2300+ sq/ft cottage in Port Severn on Georgian Bay.
Just 90 Minutes north of Toronto, where sun-soaked days on a private deck and dock are followed by front row seats to the most gorgeous sunsets while your nestled in Muskoka chairs on the deck.
This haven offers views that inspired the Group of Seven and other artists for over a century. Explore the 2-acre property, with manicured lawn & rocky terrain perfect for mini-adventurers.
Large Master bedroom with king size bed and master ensuite + walk in closet. 2 Spacious guest bedrooms all with walkouts to the deck and lakefront views.
Basement Loft with 3 single beds that have large natural rocks protruding into the living space makes it truly unique for the little ones. It to has a walkout to lake views through sliding glass doors.
Windows wrap the entire back of the cottage giving incredible views of the bay and amazing sunsets, from any area of the house and property, while allowing the glorious breeze to flow through the cottage.
The large open-concept main living area incorporates open concept living, with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Snuggle up on the couches in front of the large, stone fireplace in the living room.
Next to the living room is the media room with large LCD TV with satellite and large couch with plenty of seating.
Attached to the media room is a large sunroom with comfortable rocking chairs seating for 8 people with the same gorgeous views fully screened in.
Master bedroom and both guest bedrooms have views of the lake and walk outs to the deck.
There is ample seating for eight at the harvest table in the formal dining room. The kitchen is small but spacious and includes stove, dishwasher, garbage compactor, fridge, coffee machine all the amenities you could ask for. Drinking water is filtered and is safe to drink.
Three comfortable bedrooms and the Basement loft will accommodate your family and friends.
The Master has a king sized four post bed, and 3-piece luxury ensuite bathroom with huge skylight in shower area and seating area.
The two remaining bedrooms share two bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The Basement has a 3 single beds, blankets, pillows, linens and towels are provided. Newly renovated main bathroom is a 3 piece with a shower and tub.

Summary: We had an amazing 2 weeks at this cottage. The pictures do not do it justice. It is large and spacious with amazing waterfront. There are multiple tiers or areas outside, so you can spread out, or all spend time together on the large dock by the waterfront. The hosts thought of everything and were very very responsive.

Summary: The photos and descriptions do not even come close to capturing this stupendous property. Every single aspect of this place is designed for pure pleasure. Yes, you may need to watch your step off the dock but be prepared for an amazing time with nightly picture perfect sunsets.

Summary: We had an awesome time at Ashley's wonderful cottage. The place is even better than the pictures. From the time you drive up to the cottage to when you open the front doors, your breath is taken away. You feel all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life leave you. The place is fully stocked with all your daily needs........just bring food and drinks! And if you forget something, the Honey Harbour General Store and LCBO are just a 15 minute drive away. Though there is no A/C, we found the gentle breeze from Georgian Bay kept the temperatures comfortable. The huge windows bring in the spectacular views of the land and water of the property! There's a screened in porch for comfort and the many decks of the cottage provides you wonderful seating to admire the views. Oh and the sunsets are everything you'd want.........just crazy beautiful. If you like a cozy outdoor fire, the gas fire table is perfect. We made some Smores with the provided roasting sticks........yummy. If you are looking for a terrific cottage for family and friends, you won't go wrong with Ashley's place. From the terrific interior to the whimsical gardens (you'll see when you get there) surrounding the cottage, you will have a wonderful time. Thank you Ashley for providing us a great place to go to.........already looking forward to the next time.

Summary: Because i am the first review, i want to give a detailed review as i was worried being the first to review. These worries quickly disappeared upon arrival. This cottage is exactly as the photos and video with so much more. Many places to sit around outside, the screened porch and firetable area were my favorite morning and evening hang out spots. The cottage is huge with lots of room to spread out and many areas where we all could be together. The sunsets were Incredible! Walkouts to the huge deck from every room in the cottage " really a huge house directly on the water" We will definitely be back!
