Positive: The pool and location was great! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were wonderful. Liked having the washer and dryer, beach chairs, and all the kitchen supplies available to us. They had someone come twice a week to tend to the pool which was nice.
Summary: We simply had a great time. Relaxing by the pool was a highlight of the vacation.

Positive: The location was perfect - close to beaches and a fantastic grocery store. The managers were lovely and went out of their way to help. The private pool was perfect for quiet mornings and evenings.

Positive: Everything was fine in terms of the facilities – clean and well-maintained. The area was also okay. The local hosts of the property were very friendly, and overall, it was a nice experience. The pool was great, and the rooms were comfortable. They explained upon arrival that any extra consumption of electricity due to the air conditioning or water would incur additional charges, which was very clear. They provided a guest book and a quick guide to the island, which was very useful and thoughtful for their guests.
Negative: BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER. Despite the property is great, the issue arose with the homeowner, who resides in the Netherlands. The payment process was unclear, leaving me feeling uncertain about the legitimacy of the transaction. He insisted on direct payment to his Netherlands account. To my surprise, he charged us an additional 200 euros beyond the Booking.com price and even threatened to cancel the booking if payment wasn't made to his account. I had to reach out to Booking.com customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, due to the proximity to the property arrival, I decided to proceed with the payment. Despite his rudeness, it wasn't a scam. It's disheartening because the property and the local Aruban hosts were genuinely nice.

Positive: Moving in and out was easy and seamless. Delay and Andrei were on time, helpful, and fun to talk with. Location has good nearby restaurants and groceries so you don't have to always go to the hotel zone or Orangestad. The private pool and backyard patio were very nice. The owners were easy to deal with.
Negative: We were a bit nervous about going over the water and electric allowance but we used both responsibly/comfortably and only went a little over. So in in the end, the extra fee wasn't a big issue.
