Summary: The property was perfect for us to use as the base for my daughter and her bridal party to get ready. The space was better than the pictures indicated. However instructions about the studio entrance etc were unclear and we were given an incorrect number to enter the property. The underfloor heating in the studio was on full blast and it made it too hot to sleep we couldn’t find how to turn it down and Vrbo couldn’t help. Please could there be an instruction file.

Summary: Stayed as 3 couples. Apartment/s spacious, very well kitted out & top quality facilities. Excellent location. Beds huge & comfy. Some minor issues with communication with hosts but resolved in the wnd. Overall we had an ex ellent stay & would recommend

Summary: Only criticisms are that both the microwave and oven were not clean. The door to the en-suite in bed sit part was tricky to open and close.

Summary: We spent two nights in the apartment - three couples so lots of space for dining, relaxing, enjoying the terrace and our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Really well located to explore all of Clifton, Redland and the waterside in Bristol. The check in instructions were misleading regarding key entry and we were given the wrong wi fi code initially, but after we spoke to the property manager and gained access, we were delighted with the apartment and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a special, spacious apartment to use as a home from home base to explore this beautiful city!

Summary: In all honesty, I'm not sure the photos reflect the beauty of this apartment. It's beautiful. One of the rooms is like a separate studio. Bedrooms are very generous sizes accompanied with their own en-suites. We had family & friends over & they were very impressed!! We arrived on Christmas Eve to be greeted by a beautifully decorated tree. Our stay was amazing....definitely recommended, especially for those who like the nicer things in life. Carol

Summary: This is a luxury property with a very expensive price tag. All rooms are decorated to a high standard. Good location. We stayed for a weekend and it would have been perfect had it been cleaned properly before we arrived or at any point after I complained to Hopewell. There was a lot of visible hair, dust and crumbs on all floors and kitchen surfaces on our arrival which put a dampener on our stay. The £100 refund given was less than 10% of the price we paid for 2 nights. Great apartment, not so great service from Hopewell. When you pay for a premium apartment you expect a premium service.
