Summary: Beautiful, comfortable villa in a great location with good infrastructure. Good technique, enough space. Comfortable beds. Well-working air conditioners. Wi Fi at the villa did not want to work - I had to go to the recepcion or closer to the pool. Very beautiful well-groomed area of the complex, clean pool literally three meters away. Cute city and beautiful Aegean Sea :) A wonderful holiday :) Thank you!

Summary: Fabulous modern villa with all essential commodities virtually pool side. Private balcony and roof terrace with fantastic views. Akbuk is a great little coastal town, very friendly locals. Super restaurants and easy access to other beaches and boat trips. Excellent weekly market. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a really great stay in Akbuk with our extended family. Loved the villa and pool and that it was an easy walk for our elderly parents to the local restaurants. We have already booked to return this October!

Summary: We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and loved it! The property was immaculate, with lovely furniture and nice touches such as pictures on all the walls to make it feel like a real home from home. The villa is right next to a large pool and we also liked walking down to the beach side cafe which was about a five minute walk away. The restaurants in Akbuk were all very child friendly and extremely good value, our favourites were Esinti and Olivia. We would definitely recommend the villa and Akbuk to those wanting a relaxing holiday.

Summary: We stayed for 10 days in the villa at May half term and we all had a wonderful time (2 adults and two teenage children). The villa is a real home from home, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed just relaxing by the pool or taking a short stroll to the beach cafe which is about 200 metres from the villa. The restaurants in Akbuk that we tried were all excellent and great value for money. All in all a very relaxing holiday and we look forward to returning soon. Nic and Julie.

Summary: We stayed at Ian and Deb's villa for two weeks in August this year. We flew with Easyet to Bodrum and had arranged transfers from the airport to the villa for £10 each. Two adults and three teenage children made up our family party and the villa was so spacious that there was always somewhere to chill out if you wanted some peace and quiet! The large pool is literally on the villa's doorstep and never got busy. Our children also liked using the pool by the restaurant and bar on the site. We found all the local restaurants excellent value and the food was always to a high standard. All were withing easy walking distance along the bay promenade. We also found the supermarkets to be well stocked and usually had breakfast and lunch at the villa and then ate out n the evenings. The villa itself was modern, comfortable and very clean, and the views from the roof terrace were amazing. We hope to return next year.

Summary: We stayed in Yasmin Gardens for a week at half-term with our two children aged 14 and 12. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The villa was spotless and very spacious and had everything we needed including a good wireless internet connection. Transfers were arranged from the airport for £10 each which we thought was good value and took approximately 45 minutes. We didn't bother hiring a car as restaurants, supermarkets etc in Akbuk were all in walking distance. We loved watching the sun set over the bay from the roof terrace. A great week overall and we hope to return soon.

Summary: We stayed at the house with our adult children and grand daughter. Very spacious yet homely. There was everything we needed and more. The baby pool right outside the door was ideal. A really chilled out holiday The staff in the bar on site could not have been more friendly. Would definately recommend.

Summary: We spent two very relaxing weeks in Akbuk. The villa was exactly as advertised, very spacious, well equipped, modern, and spotlessly clean. Our two children, aged 14 and 12 had a wonderful time in the pool by the villa or at the larger pool on site where they made good friends with other teenage holiday makers. We found the local restaurants excellent value for money and particularly liked Camli, the local fish restaurant. We hired a car and visited Ephesus, which we though was very interesting and well worth a visit. We would definitely recommend Ian and Deb's villa and hope to return again soon.

Summary: We have just had 2 fantastic weeks staying in Akbuk . The villa is very spacious with a lovely shared pool that never got busy. The complex has a lovely outdoor bar and the restaurants on the seafront were excellent I can't find any faults all in all fantastic value
