Summary: Wifi issue was resolved very quickly by owner. A dresser in each bedroom would be nice as mentioned by other reviews - or even a luggage rack where we could just keep luggage open and off the floor. We loved the living room, very comfy when all we wanted to do was lay around and watch movies after a long day of hiking. Liked being in walking distance of the historic square; we got pizza one night and pastries in the morning from the Italian bakery right there in the square. It was strange to me to pick up a key and we were worried about getting there in time to pick it up. However, they were very friendly and helpful and gave great restaurant suggestions.

Summary: Great house, clean, 3 bedrooms, 1 nice big bathroom that was adjoined to one of the bedrooms but also accessible from hallway . 2/3 bedrooms had a tv. Nice living room with comfy couch. Had to go to a local store to get key to house and return key at checkout but it worked out ok. Hot tub was ok but I had a hard time getting the jets to turn off, seats 2 people comfortably. No dressers in bedrooms but we only stayed 2 days so we lived out of suitcase’s. There were drawers in bottom of 2 beds and hangers in each closet. Kitchen was nice. We visited Hocking Hills both days, maybe a 20-25 minute drive away. Overall great stay!

Summary: We found this spot to be convenient to the Scenic train and the uptown area of Nelsonville. I was at first a little skeptical about the area, but it turned out to be quiet. The house was clean with plenty of clean towels and extra bedding. We didn’t use the hot tub. The bathroom door to the kitchen would stick. We had to use it since the other door was to my friend’s room. I woke my kids up when I used it in the middle of the night. Some rentals provide shampoo and conditioner so I’m glad I brought our own. Most rentals have keypads at the door, and you don’t have to drive to another location to pick up a key. That was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, we were pretty happy with our stay.

Summary: It was one of our favorite vrbo. We would agree with reviews that a dresser/suitcase stand in the rooms would have been nice. A mirror in each room would have also been helpful getting ready, but those are minor. A lot of nice little touches-throw blankets on each bed, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, laundry basket, nice binder of info, switches labeled, ect. Two negatives…we did a lot of hiking at hocking hills, it was a 20/30 minute drive. You are right in the middle of Wayne Forest and it looked like there were more ATV and bike trails there. Also, the hot tub felt like I could use a chemical check and there were a lot of ants around the hot tub. Once we opened it and waited about a half hour, a lot of them went away, but had we wanted to get in right away, it would’ve been an issue. The hot tub was made for four, but on the small side, definitely more a two person. We did really enjoy it after hiking, and having some sore muscles. I would say that everything else in the house just felt like it was such a higher standard that the hot tub and the area around it was just OK, maybe even a little disappointing compared. Those were fairly our only two issues and I wouldn’t even say those were issue, just comments. Neighbors were nice and kept to themselves. Rocky mountain boot company was fun. Had there been more rain, kayaking or river activities look like an option.

Summary: This was a steal for the price! Clean and roomy! Beds weren’t very comfortable. Nice kitchen and we utilized the hot tub right out the back door. The few steps to the hot tub were pretty muddy but we put down a towel down so it wasn’t bad. 30 minutes to hocking and 20 or so to Athens, a neat little college town! Wasnt a whole lot of options for shopping or dining but we enjoyed the Mine Tavern and Lori the bartender! All in all it was a nice place for our getaway.

Summary: We ended up in the house across the street from the one we booked. But the house had everything we needed. It was clean and quite lovely. Speaking with the manager about the mixup was fast and easy. A first ever blip for them, which is saying something! All around great experience!

Summary: My wife and I stayed for the weekend the neighborhood looks a little rough but it was actually very quiet the neighbor even came out and took his dog inside while we were in the hot tub so that we could enjoy some relaxing time and the hot tub is one of the better ones we've had the house is very clean and very roomy all in all I would highly recommend it and will be staying again
