Positive: The house was very clean and roomy. The location was great. Well stocked kitchen.
Negative: Several issues with overall maintenence. Low water pressure, loose door knobs, questionable grill, posts supporting roof of front porch not attached at bottom just hanging from roof.

Negative: The only thing I didn’t really like were the beds they were kinda uncomfortable but we managed.

Positive: Quiet with a large kitchen, spacious living rooms and yard. A lot of extras available for use… toiletries and well stocked kitchen.
Summary: Very nice and comfortable for 8 of us. Enjoyed a day at the community pool.

Positive: Check-in was a breeze; we had a bit of trouble with the lockbox at first but got it figured out with help from our host, who was quite accommodating and very helpful; I wasn't sure what sort of coffeemaker there was when I was at the store to get some things, so called and asked - very nice! The house was very well-appointed, with everything you'd need - a well-stocked kitchen with just about every gadget you might need; a good-quality drip coffeemaker (*and* coffee!); a good microwave; a choice supply of spices; and even popcorn! The bathrooms (1 and 1/2) were set with a very nice selection of soaps and shampoos (even for kids!) and were spacious and comfy. The living rooms have really nice furniture and plenty of seating for everyone. They had a pack-and-play for the little ones and even a high chair! There are books and videos available, as well as a good selection of streaming services. (I had trouble finding a baseball game, but that was minor...) The backyard - ! It is very large, with plenty of room for the kids to run around, as well as two beanbag toss boards. There are two gas grills and a nice metal patio set. Seriously - there really aren't enough superlatives to adequately describe how lovely this house in the woods is; if you're looking for a roomy place to chill in for a few days, you simply *cannot* go wrong with this one!
Negative: We had trouble with the washing machine the night before we had to leave - but we informed the hosts via text message and figured it to be an *extremely* small inconvenience, compared to how much we enjoyed being there!
Summary: Beautifully-appointed house in the woods - great for the whole family...kids definitely included!

Positive: The mattresses were fantastic! Good WiFi. Lots of beds. Plenty of parking. We had three tiny children with us so it helped that we were all on one floor & not worrying about stairs. All appliances were excellent: Fridge/freezer combo was very large. Stove/oven was excellent. Washer & dryer were large & high end. Host pretty much thought of everything: pots, pans, kitchen utensils, detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, extra linens, pillows, patio set, some lawn chairs. We loved having the large yard & fire pit. I felt very enthusiastic about this house!
Negative: 1) We did not realize that the half bath was inside the master bedroom. It was tricky to make use of that bathroom when there was an infant sleeping in that room 2) Our plan was to do a lot of hiking at Hocking Hills State Park. It was a bit of a drive from this house. Neither of these two items impacted our stay very much. Also, some people may not like the fact that there is no dishwasher, but we did not care
Summary: Extremely well stocked one story house. Host has pretty much thought of everything! Would rent again
