Bedroom one is located on the first floor. This is the first of two master bedrooms with two king size beds, en suite bathroom with bathtub and large separate shower, custom wood closet, wood dresser, desk, flat-screen TV and air-conditioning.
Bedroom two is located on the second floor. It has two comfortable queen beds, a large en suite bathroom, custom wood closet, desk, flat-screen TV and air-conditioning.
Bedroom three is also located on the second floor. This is the second of the master bedrooms with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a bathtub and large separate shower, flat-screen TV, desk, private deck with beautiful views and air-conditioning.
Bedroom four is located on the second floor as well. It has three queen beds, en suite bathroom, custom wood closet, wood dresser, a flat-screen TV, a desk and air-conditioning.
This unit has an attached garage with automatic garage door opener and large laundry room with a custom built wood closet and stainless sink.
The condo community has eight condos, a large pool area, several social areas and a nice massage room. Our community also has several common areas. There is a refreshing large pool, a roofed jacuzzi, a room with a gas fireplace next to the pool, an unattended bar area and a large second floor lounge room overlooking the pool. There are a few large decks where you can practice yoga or just sit back and relax.
There are (3) one bedroom one bath condos, (2) two bedroom two bath condos, (1) three bedroom three bath condo and (1) four bedroom four and a half bath condo. All the condos are available for rent both short and long-term. You can also rent out the entire property for a business event, wedding or family reunion. The property is located near the heart of the rainforest. It is a thirteen acre secure gated condominium complex. The community is surrounded by breathtaking open areas.
