Summary: Property manager was very responsive. The neighborhood was great. The property the house sat on gave us room for the kids to run. The home was centrally located to all the day trip excursions. The property itself began to feel like home when we would come back to it each day - plenty of space for all of us to stay in, and the four bathrooms were greatly appreciated! The home itself gave a relaxed country vibe. The fact that it wasn’t overly decorated with fancy breakable items gave us the feeling it was easy to all gather before bedtime to revisit the fun we had that day. We would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in New England. 🍁🍎

Summary: We officiate and celebrate our wedding at the Maggie's place and we couldn't be more happy and satisfied. Maggie was so sweet and helpful during all the process. She let me visit the property prior to our reservation to plan the decoration and she was always great to communicate with. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. I can't thank her enough and can't recommend her and her house enough! Everything was beyond amazing!

Summary: Loved the house. Communication with host was great. Nice touch having some groceries ready for us on arrival and toiletries in each bathroom. My only complaint was the care of the outside deck/ property. There wasn’t an out door table/ chairs on the deck for us to hang out. There was a fire pit with no seating and some junk lying around the yard ( tire, screens, lawnmower, ) this is a simple fix that could make this a 5 star rating. That being said, I would still stay here again for we were all very comfortable inside the house.

Summary: Maggie was great with communication and the house was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding and It was plenty big with all that was needed for 11 people. Hope to visit again soon.

Summary: My family really enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving at this spot. It feels very much out in the country, but is easily accessible off I-190. We indeed felt cozy gathering in the living room with a nice fireplace as advertised, and managed to cook T-Day dinner mostly relying on the well equipped kitchen. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very clean, but the living room may have been missed with the vacuum. Check-in was very easy, with the owner (Maggie) sending a door code ahead of time, and Maggie was in general very communicative, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. We'd absolutely stay at her property again.
