Summary: We had a great stay at this location. It was clean, spacious and quiet nice neighborhood. Very good location to visit our family who live nearby. The owner is very easy to communicate and is friendly. We would recommend this to any family or friends wanting to visit Central MA. Good restaurants, state parks, rail trail and MT Washussett to visit.nearby. 5star location!

Summary: This is a very roomy, very well decorated and spacious basement apartment. I would move in in a second if it had a stovetop. Very well maintained, stocked with all possible items you would love to have in a hotel room. Coffee, creamer, snacks make it very welcoming. Loved having the airfryer and microwave as well for quick meals when you do not want to go out. Plenty of board games for all ages to entertain! We would certainly pick this one again! Thank you for sharing your house!

Summary: Very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable Had trouble with the thermostat, could not get enough heat. The kitchen was lacking a stove and there was no table and chairs to eat at or have friends over for cards. Did not realize when I booked it that there was no washer and dryer.
