Just minutes by car from downtown Kingston and Queen's U, this executive townhome community is nestled along the shore of the Cataraqui River with city owned waterfront park. An ideal base for visitors to Kingston, professionals at the Hospital or CFB or families of students at Queen's U.
This is a brand new community and its proximity to downtown Kingston and Queen's U make it a great location for professionals and its location on the shores of Great Cataraqui River give it a resort like feel of escaping to a cottage. With three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a deck and BBQ, gourmet coffee and fast wi-fi, it truly offers the best of both worlds
All bookings will be for the full house which means that you will have the entire house to yourself and not share with any other guests/bookings.
You will also have access to wifi and host's netflix account (already set up on the Smart TV) for you to enjoy during your stay.
The host is always available via phone/text or email throughout your stay.
We are located at the corner of Montreal Street and John Counter. There's a bus stop just outside the development where you can take the #1 bus which will take you into Downtown Kingston.
I reside in Toronto myself and purchased this house since my daughter was studying at Queen's U. It is ideal for visitors to Kingston who wish to make this their base while they explore Thousand Islands, Ottawa and beyond.

Summary: Townhome has everything. Is modern, all necessary amenities and the neighborhood is basically brand new. You do need a car as this is located in a suburb of Kingston and downtown is about a 45 minute walk away.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The listing was accurate. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we greatly appreciated having the keurig machine for morning coffee. We would recommend. Location is a bit far from downtown therefore recommend having a car. I would recommend staying here.

Summary: It was in a great spot it Kingston. Easy to get to the University and the football stadium. Worked prefect for three moms staying there to watch their boys play football. Definite would stay again

Summary: I stayed here for one week, while visiting with my children. It was a pleasant stay. The location of the property is very convenient and only about a 5 minute drive to the down town area of Kingston.

Summary: We stayed at the condo over Christmas while visiting family and it was perfect for our family of 4. It is well appointed, well maintained. Access is easy and getting around Kingston was no problem. It has a fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to host some family during the visit. The owner is responsive and the details for the property were very complete. We would certainly stay again if needed for future visits.

Summary: We were a party of five adults and stayed six nights. We were very comfortable and appreciated having three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the high speed internet and having a parking spot right at the door. Salima was easy to deal with and she left very clear check-in instructions. Thank you.
