Summary: Great host and very responsive. Overall the house was acceptable although smaller than what we expected for 4 people. The only bathroom although spacious is upstairs. Double and queen beds are both comfortable. Although the house has been renovated it shows its age with its squeaky floors. Kitchen well equipped, has wine glasses and a bonus wine bottle from the owners.

Summary: The house is exactly as advertised, plus very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. We were greeted with a personalized welcome note from the hosts and a lovely package of treats! The house is cozy and comfortable with everything we needed provided for us. It is also in a nice neighbourhood just a short walk from the vibrant Kingston downtown area. Thank you so much to our hosts for such a lovely stay! We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Summary: We really enjoyed the place and the welcome gifts. Listing was accurate. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything you may need. Place was clean and that's what made the stay even more enjoyable. Would I return, definitely. Hosts were very helpful and willing to assist if anything was requested. Great communication. Summary: Easy parking, 25 minute walk to downtown and grocery store, clean and comfortable house… Kayla our host was immediately responsive in our communications with her, she was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Our family of 5 really enjoyed the 3 nights we spent in this very clean and well appointed rental. The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and checked in on us throughout our stay.... we will definitely return if we are back in the area.

Summary: We loved our stay with our 4 year old daughter and French Bulldog puppy and it was the perfect place for us! We were in Kingston to celebrate a friend’s birthday and our wedding anniversary and the location was perfect for a walk downtown and easy access to the highway. The house itself is bright and clean. We were greeted with some delicious cookies from a local bakery and some wine which was so appreciated! The beds were also very comfortable and the backyard was great for our pup. Overall we highly recommend and would stay again next time we’re visiting Kingston! Kayla and Rick are wonderful hosts thank you so much!

Summary: We just loved our little VRBO house in Kingston. It was a great downtown location and Kayla and Rick could n't have been nicer or more accommodating. Great parking spot, charming lay out, spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was really comfy ! Thank you Kayla and Rick !!!
