4 Bedroom House in Kentwood

Gorgeous four bedroom home is only a few miles down the road from the airport and only about 3 miles from the Woodland mall. It is situated on a nice large lot centrally located on a Main road with quick and easy access to stores, restaurants and shopping. This Home is only a little over a year and a half old. Beautifully designed with modern cozy furniture and decor. It boosts a nice size kitchen / dining area and good size living room. The deck has a great view of a small forest with creek running through. Lots of deer to watch. Includes a newer gas grill and outdoor seating. Property has washer and dryer in unit. The Entire downstairs is lamanate flooring through out. Upstairs is fully carperted with exception of the bathrooms. Master bedroom has a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a common full bathroom on the upper level. Half bath is on the main level. 2 bedrooms have king size beds. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed set that is full size on top and bottom. Smart TV’s throughout the home so you can log into any or your favorite entertainment apps. We offer cable through the YouTube TV app. Living room has a 75 inch tv mounted. Towels and wash clothes are available and has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a large air fryer. This home is perfect for both business trips and family vacays. No parties or gatherings allowed. NO EV charging allowed . This house is centrally located on a Main busy Street so please anticipate some traffic. But the home is set back some from the road so kids and animals can play easily with supervision. ( Please note: the actual parking driveway is small and can only accommodate 3, maybe 4 small to medium vehicles ( depending on size) or 2 large vehicles. There is NO on street parking available. And NO parking on main drive or in yard. ( There is a designated visitor parking spot at the very end of the drive in that’s unavailable as my vehicle is parked there for when I’m in town) Property is equipped with security monitoring by ADT with an outside security camera at front door and driveway along with a google video door bell. There is also a camera located inside the garage (which is locked and NOT accessible to renters, it’s for owners use only)

Summary: This Vrbo was all it was advertised and more! Conveniently located in Kentwood, MI., this home was spacious, clean, well-organized, and just what we needed for our family as we visited family in town. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. We will return to this home again if it is available the next time we are in town!

Summary: Homeowner was great to work with. She seemed to genuinely care for our well-being. Housekeeping had left the alarm on and not taken care of the garbage outside but the inside was super clean. Next to busy street so lots of road noise. Earplugs are needed for light sleepers. Plenty of bedrooms, nice large kitchen with good selection of dishes and appliances, good dining and living area space. Beautiful back deck with view of wooded area. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had an amazing time here. Michelle is amazing and always responded to concerns. The only thing I would say is we stated when there was a motor cycle event and it was pretty loud trying to sleep in the master bedroom one of the nights we were there. (It sounded like drag racing or something outside). Location was convenient for all things Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.

Summary: Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. Parking can be tricky as it is limited if you have more than 2 vehicles. Back yard / deck area is full of trees.... nice & quiet. We would vrbo this property again.
