NOTE: Own occupied residence adjacent to the chalet and there is a shared driveway through electric gates.
This property is a newly built detached home set in the village of Carna, County Galway. It contains three bedrooms, including two spacious double rooms . Upstairs is a roomy single bedroom with and another very spacious double room. Both upstairs rooms have built in wardrobes. All beds have 500 thread Egyptian linen to ensure a perfect nights sleep.There is a large bathroom also upstairs containing a bath and a separate shower. All beds have been fitted with cosy electric blankets to keep guests warm on chilly nights!
The rest of the property includes a ground floor rest room, a utility room, storage/hot press, a living room with a solid fuel stove as well as a well equipped and modern kitchen /dining area.

Outside is off road parking for two cars and 2 acres of shared lawned garden with patio and furniture. Barbeque. To the rear of the chalet there are another four acres of unspoiled grasslands and a grassy pathway leading directly to the shore.
