It consists of large living room with 4 windows with spectacular views of Santa Barbara Castle, furnished terrace, kitchen with bar for quick meals, 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, including washer dryer, coffee capsules, kettle, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, etc. Air conditioning and heating in living room and bedrooms.
Located in one of the main streets of Alicante, next to the Old Town and the Central Market. A 10-minute walk from the beach. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc. at the door. Next to the tram station.

Summary: The host, Maxi, met us at the apartment promptly at our planned meeting time. He helped us with our luggage, gave us a tour, and explained every detail of the apartment. The space is very large and well-kept. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooks. A/C worked very well. We are full-time travelers so we have plenty of experience in evaluating properties and hosts. I'm usually a bit disappointed when the hosts are property management companies, but that definitely was not the case here. We had an electrical issue one morning and Maxi had technicians there within an hour, bought and replaced a major appliance that caused the electrical problem and we were back in business the next day...impressive! On top of that, he brought a good bottle of local wine over for our inconvenience. The location is excellent. We walk everywhere so supermarkets, beach and restaurant access is a priority. All can be reached easily within a ten minute walk. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend any of Maxi's properties in Alicante.

Summary: Maxi the owner greeted us and it was like we have known him forever, wonderful person. The apartment is beautiful and very well situated. We absolutely loved Alicante.

Summary: We had two amazing days in Alicante. We are on a 3 week holiday in Santa Pola and decided to have a couple of nights away So glad we choose this apartment we would definitely recommend it and hope to return again next year xx
