Beautiful apartment in a quiet area and close to everything.
100 m2, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a beautiful living / dining room whose bay window overlooks the Archaeological Museum, so no opposite.
A beautiful viewpoint, where you can see the sea in the distance, and the Castle of Santa Barbara immediately on the right. It is a lively, popular district where you will find all the small shops necessary for your daily life, as well as some very nice little brasseries and other tapas bars;
- 3 mn walk you have the "Plaza del Mar" Shopping Center, with cinemas, restaurants, shops, and "Al Campo" (Auchan),
- 100 m you have the bus stop C6, which is the direct shuttle with the airport, (same stop for arrival and departure),
- 50 m a taxi station,
- 100 m the metro and the tram which runs along the coast to Dรฉnia, passing by San Juan and its long sandy beaches (15 mn) and the famous Benidorme,
As you walk, you will be 10 minutes from Postiguet beach, 15 minutes from the port and its esplanade, and from the heart of old Alicante, bypassing the Castle on foot you will be 20 minutes from the central market, "Mercado" Or by taking the metro at only one station.
- On both sides of the street two small parks with children's games and benches under the palm trees.

- at 100 m, the entrance to the castle of Santa- Barbara Castle, but it will take you another 20 mn of walk to arrive at the Castle and its point of view impossible to circumvent. Summary: This is a fantastic apartment. We stayed for two months and have no complaints. The stairs keep you fit, air conditioning not needed as fans and windows on three sides. Not in the centre of the city, but the bus service is incredibly reliable, frequent and cheap. There is a supermarket and mall nearby. The views from the apartment are great, It is fitted out very well with everything you need. Kitchen is big enough to allow cooking at home as the apartment is lovely to spend the evening in. Cannot recommend this place enough

Summary: The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped and cozy. Comfortable beds and great view from the balcony. There really is not one single thing we could complain about. Summary: Comfortable and spacious apartment. Well equipped with very comfortable (firm) mattress's. Both local bus and tram stops short distance from apartment. Food shopping, cafes, restaurants and shops all easily walkable. Helpful and timely assistance from an always available host. Excellent.

Summary: What a great apartment- very spacious with everything you could need. The beds were very comfy, leaving well rested for exploring. The apartment is in an ideal position for walking out to the beach, the harbour , the old town and accessing the tram to go further a field. Christelleโ€™s communications and directions made everything run smoothly from her precise directions for the bus from the airport to her supportive messages. Thankyou we had a wonderful time and would certainly consider returning to Alicante.

Summary: We loved living in what felt like a local area yet only a 15min walk to the beach/city. The apartment is spacious. Beds comfy. And the view from the balcony is so good you don't want to leave the apartment ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Some days, we didn't! The apartment is very bare, no games/dvd player & no smart TV. So if you need entertainment, bring some. Other than that, it is perfect.

Summary: Before we arrived Christelle gave us detailed travel plans from the airport to the apartment. These were both accurate and helpful. We were late so we were especially grateful to Dolores for waiting patiently for us to arrive and show us around, which she did with good grace. I have to mention the 4 flights of stairs, but these are well lit and we managed without any issue. The apartment itself is much larger than the pictures suggest. On entering there is a large open plan sitting and dining area, with 2 large sofas, a lovely big 55-inch LG Smart TV and a large 8 seat dining table all on marble flooring. One side of the room was open to nice sunlight with wide opening patio doors with sunshield and electric shutters. The balcony while not large did not feel cramped and had nice views of the museum courtyard. The impression was of modern elegance. I have to say the internet connection was the best I have ever experienced away from home. Constant 50Mb without any dropouts or any such nonsense. The rest of the apartment was accessed through a corridor down one side of the property. Three large bedrooms, a well fitted kitchen with dish washer and 2 small bathrooms, each with a shower. I have also to say that on day 3 we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Yes, I know! Christelle could not have been kinder and Delores was quick to the rescue. All in all, I can heartily recommend this apartment.
