Summary: The cottage was nice and cute, nice view of the bay. It was difficult to find, as the address was not found on the GPS as it was listed online. We had to drive around the area for about 15 mins before we found the cottage. The beach is a 2 min walk from the cottage, but not a swimming beach. There are lots of mussels on the beach and you have to go out more then 200 feet to take a swim. Suggestions; bring water shoes and bug spray. Otherwise, very peaceful and we were provided a bottle of wine and a pass for the provincial parks which was very nice.

Summary: We rented the cottage due to its proximity to other residents who had gathered for a wedding. The cottage served our needs very well for the size of our group. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked with the necessary linens and kitchen appliances. Contact with the owner was good. I rate it as good as we called one of the owners for additional supplies and we did not hear back. Location was very good for our needs, however, guests should expect that the cottage is located in a group of cottages so there is another cottage in front of this one. All neighboring residents were quiet and very helpful. As a cottage built on piles, it seems to have settled slightly as the interior bedroom doors would not close fully. Having a toddler with us meant it was difficult to shut out noise from the rest of the cottage. Overall we were very satisfied with the cottage and would return in the future should we plan another trip to PEI!

Summary: The house is nestled in a community of small homes down a few dirt roads from the main road and is close to the warm National Park beaches on the Northside of the island. The Park pass that comes with the rental was great and saved a bundle. The house is very centrally located - about 15 minutes to Charlottetown where you will want to shop for groceries. The house is very comfortable and the deck was a joy to hang out on and enjoy the brilliant night sky. The mosquitos were a little of a nuisance but there was bug spray on hand. One thing not mentioned in the listing is the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. If you get a chance to stay here you will most definitely enjoy it.
