Positive: Indeed a beautiful Pelion sea house. Felt like a home away from home, each and every item in the house is selected with great taste and to the uttermost comfort of the guests. You have everything you need here. But above all, Alex’s warm and kind hospitality is unprecedented.

Positive: Our host Alex was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. He also showed us around to find the closest supermarket, restaurants etc. The house is beautifully locate close by the sea, you can go swimming at a small private beach. The house is well equipped and has a fantastic view onto the sea. You can't do that much in the region, there are villages in the area with a nice view, you can have good food close to the sea. If you are looking for a relaxing stay to recharge your batteries this is a great place.
Negative: Lot's of mosquitos there

Positive: The house is beautiful, well decorated and very cozy, Alex and his wife thought about every tiny detail. There is a beautiful and quit beach 3 min walk from the house. Kato Gatzea beach and restaurants 5 min drive from the place. Bakery and grocery shop also 5 min drive.

Positive: Outstanding experience. The house is perfectly located for a trip at Pelion area. A Spacious house, very clean and well maintained, equipped with every possible facility. Walking distance from the sea (3min). The Host Alex met us upon arrival and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Alex was available for us, and gave recommendations that were the best choice experience we had in Greece. We will surely come back and will recommend Beautiful Pelion Sea House to our friends and family. Thanks Alex for hosting us at your house.

Positive: It was the most amazing experience. We are spending our holiday in Greece for over 20 years but we never stayed in a house like this. The owner built it for himself, has all facilities and equipment you might need. You have your own beach where you can swim whenever you want. The 3 bedrooms are comfy, has 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. It is quiet and an amazing terrace which overlooks the sea. We loved it and will definitely return.
Negative: Nothing. It had all the facilities we needed.
Summary: If you want a stunning and relaxing holiday, with all the comfort, just book the place!

Positive: The Host Alex was very courteous and showed us around. After a house tour he also recommended us some leisure activities and restaurants. Because of our late arrival in Kato Gatzea - he also organized a table in one of his favourite restaurants for us and took us there! During the week he checked back with us if everthing was okay and whether we needed some help or recommendations. We totally recommend a stay in Alex‘s Beautiful Pelion Sea House!!☀️
