Beautiful penthouse with luxurious private panoramic swimming pool, 7x14 meters, for exclusive use and with a heated outdoor teak shower. The pool is heated via a thermal cover. Just a five-minute walk from the beautiful Pianotta beach with truly crystal-clear water and ten minutes from the 9-hole golf course.
The house has a new and spacious wooden veranda and two beautiful Balinese beds. A 52" TV with free Netflix, balconies on three sides, and a covered terrace with outdoor dining room and living room are also available.
The house consists of two communicating units, each with their own privacy, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An American Weber barbecue for cooking and eating outdoors is also available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment.
There is ADSL connection and WI-FI, also in the pool area.

Summary: Overall, a great location in the center of Porto Azzurro. Very nice contact and uncomplicated. We highly recommend this location for every age :-) Only negative thing is missing parking spaces close to the location, but no problem at all. If we come back to Elba, this will definately be our location again!

Summary: The apartment is very clean and in nice condition. The layout with two connected apartments is ideal for 2 families. A very nice addition is the roof top pool with multiple cabanas and a 360 view on surrounding hills. Communication with Stefano and Caterina is easy and very timely. Little issues have been resolved quickly. The apartment is located in a quiet and non-touristic neighborhood. However, it is only a few minutes away from downtown Porto Azzurro.

Summary: Nicely located and spacious accommodation. Great swimming pool. Friendly caretaker. Only comments: airco was not working in one bedroom and it took long to repair, and one of the toilets and showers can only be reached by going outside which not very convenient during the night.

Summary: Nice place in all. Only one negative point: it is not one apartment, but 2 separate ones. Not so easy if children are in the separate smaller apartment.

Summary: We (Family with 3 Kids) have spend 1 week in this lovely Penthouse. Stefano (Owner) and Ms. Caterina (Managing of Guests at site) are very friendly and helpfull. The entire Pre-Vacation contact was extremly fast and allways friendly despite of a lot of questions from our side. The Penthouse is very clean and equipped like your own House, nothing was missing! Parking possibility all around the House (Between 10-100 meters) and once you reach the terrasse with pool its like you can touch the stars with your hand. Awesome! In case you want to go out for a walk at the harbor of Porto Azzurro or for shopping or restaurants, you can reach them with a 5 minute walking from the house. All in all, I can recommend this Penthouse and our Kids are already asking us when we go back to Elba in Stefano's house. Kids are Honest, in this way I look further to keep my Kids happy also in the future. Thank you very much Stefano and also Ms. Caterina. Kind regards from Zurich.

Summary: We had very nice Elba-holidays in May/June 2015. The hospitality of the owner and his friendly property manager was very welcomming. The place including the Pool is gorgeous. We will surely come again.

Summary: Spacious, clean and quiet appartment. Airconditionning very usefull in July. 3rd floor without lift but very quiet. No private parking but some parking place availables in streets around. Everything was perfect during our holiday on Elba island.
