Positive: The property was exceptionally clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere. All of the furnishings were of the highest quality, particularly the bedding and towels. The location was excellent, almost on the river and a short walk into the centre of town, made magical by the Christmas market and shopping. Everything you could possibly need for your comfort was provided. Will enjoy visiting another time during the summer.

Positive: Location was fantastic, beautiful scenery and 5 min walk to the centre. Lovely hamper when you arrive and the kitchen was immaculate and very well equipped. Bathrooms are very modern and have everything you need. House is of a very high standard through out.
Negative: Seating area upstairs was a bit cramped and no where to put anything down like a cup of tea. There is a lot of ornaments and decorations which while give the property a period feel did make it feel cluttered and oppressive. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us.
Summary: Fantastic break in Chester and the property was in a great place.
