The house was built in 1880 and renovated for the last time in 2013.It has 2 stories. Downstairs: dining room, open plan kitchen, independent living room with fireplace, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (2 of them have 2 105x190 beds, and in the third one a 135 cm bed), bathroom and terrace.
The house is powered with solar energy. The water comes from a private drinking water well. Rain water is also collected in a barrel to drink.
Next to the house you will find a pool with terrace and a barbecue.

Summary: The accommodation proved to be expensive due to its standard. The internal furnishings were very dated and basic. The property is in desperate need of upgrading and modernising. The one air conditioning unit was not operating properly as it was not cooling. I suspect it needs re-gassing as it was totally ineffective. As a result sleeping was difficult as it was a sweat box. The property needs a proper kitchen. Fortunately we were out all the time so only used it for breakfast. A car is fundamental for anyone staying due to its remote location and accessibility. Fortunately it did not detract too much from our overall break!

Summary: Placed in an almond grove, is this authentic traditionel farmhouse with many historic features . Lots of space inside and outside. Close to all the vinyards.

Summary: We were greeted by Margarita and her daughter on arrival, the communication was excellent and getting to the property was simple from Palma airport thanks to the GPS coordinates provided by Margarita. Margarita was a fantastic host, attentive, accommodating and thoughtful. We had a wonderful relaxing stay, and throughly enjoyed our visit to Mallorca. The villa is set in a great location making it easy to explore all parts of the island. Equally great if you just want to stay in and relax around the pool - there is plenty of space in the villa both inside and out. We spent most of our evenings at the villa, sitting outside by the pool watching the sun set, bbq'ing, star gazing and enjoying some of the beautiful wines from the local wineries. Throughly enjoyable holiday and we hope we can return some day soon for another stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful relaxing stay at La casa de todos, perfectly positioned in the middle of the almond grove with great views of the Serra de Tramuntana which frame the horizon for some amazing sun sets ! Days out exploring the Island ending up back at the cottage to cool down in pool , fantastic !. It was a rather last minute decision to go away, my son trawled the booking sites, and after several disappointments found this gem. Margarita and her family made us feel so welcome and were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely go back in the future, so many places to see and experience in beautiful Mallorca.

Summary: A 2,5 week's stay at Margarita's house was absolutely beautiful. The house is big, authentic, with spacious rooms. Well furnished, and lots of nice books to read and toys to play with for the kids. Outside you'll find many places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. You'll see birds of prey circling in the air, and hares playing in the fields. The view from the roof terrace is stunning, especially at sun ups and sundowns. The pool is just amazing, so relaxing! Our kids had so much fun! Margarita is more than friendly, and very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay so much, and miss our relaxing days at the house. Thank you Margarita :)
