6 Bedroom Villa in Sonarrossa, Sencelles

Welcome to this traditional Majorcan countryside house with capacity for 12 people. This 350 m2 property is located in the quiet area of Sencelles in a plot of 30000 m2.
The exteriors of this property are absolutely wonderful! There is a 4 x 11 meters pool with a children pool, a furnished porch where you can organize an afternoon snack and sun lounges to get you best summer tan. The kids will love to play freely in the 140 m2 lawn area as the finca is all fenced; there are also a BBQ and different areas where you will be able to organize a big meal with your family and friends while enjoying the views to the mountains. There is a water deposit which cannot be used as a pool. You will find space in the plot to park your car. There's also an outdoor toilet.
This property consists of a main building and a secondary house.
The main living room has a comfy sofa where you will be able to relax watching Smart TV, surfing the Internet or having a little nap. In the dining room there is a big table and chairs so you can organize a meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with vitro, oven, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the small house you will also find a dining-living room with AC.
The main building has 4 double bedrooms: two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. In the secondary house you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have AC, except one that has an AC device at the corridor, just by the door. There are 3 bathrooms in the main building (one of them with hydro massage bathtub) and 1 bathroom in the second house.
As for the small house, there is also a 25 m2 living-dining room with a sofa and two armchairs, and a table with space for six people to eat. This space also has air conditioning and a TV with chromecast.
The house is located 2.4 km away from Sencelles, an area of the middle of the island, so it’s very well connected, tourism is not very common and it’s settled mainly by locals. In Sencelles you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants. In only 30 minutes by car you will reach the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice say at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. Close by you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.

Summary: We booked the villa for my family, we needed downstairs rooms as we have elderly parents, our whole stay was amazing, the housekeeper came everyday to clean the pool and water plants. The grounds and views are breathtaking, it was sad to leave. They have a villa dog who is very friendly, 3 cats and a donkey. Very relaxing. Very well equipped.

Summary: We have all had the most amazing holiday! 3 families with 5 children aged 1-11, had everything we needed. Loads of space - the pool was amazing there was even a little football pitch! Aircon in every room, all the amenities you need! The location is absolutely beautiful, breath taking views. Right in the middle of Majorca so only half an hour to palma or Alcúdia! Or you can go into Inca which is 20 minutes away! A car is needed. Thanks again for an amazing stay! We will see you soon xx

Summary: A truly fantastic villa with incredible views. Everything is clearly often replaced because the sun beds etc. seemed new. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. An amazing round dining table outside and a magnificent pool. The village with charming restaurants hidden away down side streets is close by. Would thoroughly recommend to a family or group of friends.

Summary: A great place for a family with kids or the extended family. Pool is great, it has a shallower end and a deeper end -- good place for kids to learn to swim. The house has a few cats, a dog and even a donkey! They stay outside, so our allergic family members had no problems. We loved the view and the barbeque. The location is very good, the Senchelles town is about 15 minute walk away (couple of minutes by car) and it has good restaurants.

Summary: vom checkin, über die kommunikation, bishin zu unterkunft, pool und ungebubg war alles bestens. es war ein toller sommerurlaub bei unglaublichen wetter, sobald man das tor zur unterkunft passiert befindet man sich in einer neuen welt. wir waren alle sehr zufrieden (6 erwachsene, 5 kleine kinder). das nahegelegene sencelles bietet sowohl einen einkaufsmarkt als auch 2 nette lokale und palma liegt nur 20 min entfernt.

Summary: Son Real is a magical place to stay with its rustic warmth, charm and constant surprises all around the houses and grounds. By comparison to our last visit 5 years ago, we were very pleased with the upgraded facilities, particularly the shower in the Casita and the magnificent round table on the main balcony. The pool is a great place to relax, the feeling of space and tranquillity is fantastic and the views are stunning and constantly changing. It is a place that feels like home to visitors of all ages from toddlers to pensioners. Phillippe, the gardener is a friendly and welcoming face and it was good to meet him again and to have fun with Perla who was a puppy when we last came. We would be very happy to come again. The only slight criticism concerns the the steps leading from the pool to the lawn area. They are potentially dangerous particularly in wet conditions - 3 members of our party slipped and fell on them. Perhaps a warning sign or access through a gate would help. Overall, though, it is a wonderful place and I am delighted to have celebrated a landmark birthday with all my family.

Summary: La finca tiene mucho encanto, puede parecer un poco viejo el mobiliario pero al final tiene su encanto. Todo tipico mallorquin, muchos cuadros antiguos, mobiliario y telas muy mallorquin tambien, pero impeccable todo ! Se ve que todo está perfectamente en su sitio, no falto nada. Referente a la zona exterior, todo al milímetro cuidado, las palmeras los árboles la piscina,... perfecto !! Mucho mas bonito que en las fotos todo, el único bemol que se podría decir es que la casa en si le falta luz, pero se agradece en verano con el calor que llega a hacer. Hay una persona que todos los días viene por la tarde para riegar o preguntar si todo bien, muy amable, y trae también mucha seguridad. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien, y sin duda volveremos ! ÇMuchas gracias por todo ! Mi familia lo ha pasado muy bien en esa finca, destacada por su encanto, la limpieza y lo bien que esta todo mantenido, fue todo genial, de hecho mis padres algun dia quieren volver a alquilarla.
