Romantic and stylish one bedroom/one bath luxury private condo located at the beachfront community condo complex, Playa Escondida, with community area pool, a tennis court, a pickleball court, and lovely garden spaces. Centrally located with easy access to bus and cabs (pulmonias) for local tourist attractions/tours, restaurants, shopping and Mazatlán's historic city center activities. Enjoy the third floor balcony with seating and gas grill, views of lush, tree-lined street. Easy access out gate to beach. Condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/Dryer, and A/C.
Playa Escondida is known as the hidden beach and offers the best of tropical Mazatlan.
Inside space:
This newly renovated condo has a modern and comfortable living/dining area with new furnishings, Flat screen-TV with built in apps and Blu-Ray DVD player, ceiling fan and slider to the outdoor balcony. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals and includes all new stainless steel appliances: gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes/utensils/pots and pans. There is also an ice maker in the fridge/freezer and a fresh water dispenser at the sink. The bedroom has an elegant yet comfy King size bed, quality linens, a large closet, personal safe for securing small belongings and a flat screen Smart TV with Blue Ray DVD player. The street facing balcony overlooks a quiet service road with a lush, tree-lined garden median and is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and the chatter of birds or to grill up fresh seafood for dinner. Additional condo amenities are A/C, new windows, washer and dryer in the unit and free Wi-Fi.
This is a third floor condo unit that faces a tree- lined street, accessed by three flights of stairs, there is not an elevator. As this is a private community condo association, there is a rental agreement that will need to be read and signed at the time of booking. There is daily garbage removal, and weekly housekeeping.
Parking is provided on site. There is a 3 block walk to the nearest bus stop. And cabs (pulmonias) are easily accessible also.
****Please Note: There is a 21 night minimum stay during the months of March to November and a 30 night minimum stay during the peak season of December 1st to March 1st.

Summary: The apartment is beautifully decorated, is very well equipped and has the most comfortable bed!There is a lot of construction in the area and it was a bit noisy ...and they worked six-days a week, up to 8 pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice touch was the daily garbage pick up at the apartment and weekly cleaning. The grounds and pool were very well maintained, and the pool was about 89 degrees most days - very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Summary: Condo was well appointed. People at the Reception were friendly. On the negative side, condo is located on 3rd floor with no elevator and faces the street. Overall pleasant stay. The host, Dena, is very attentive and efficient in communicating with client.

Summary: We are just back from our stay here and truly enjoyed it!! Was very clean and perfect size. Decorated very nicely and there wasn’t anything we needed as it was all there. Do not put much in washing machine as requested. There are a few spices there but I always like to bring my favourites . Lots of great walking from the condo. It gets cleaned once a week so we always left 20.00 American for a tip. Response time from host is great if you have any questions. We will be back!! Loved that there was a bbq on deck as well. Thank you so much for such a great stay!!!

Summary: Well equipped and organized kitchen, ample towels, etc. and everything is in good condition. Luxurious bed and bedding. Nice, low key complex, not too busy. The street facing balcony is just fine as it's a fairly quiet keyhole / service road with a lushly treed median. I enjoyed sitting there. Lots of birds. There's general information in the dining room dresser and a handy row of hooks behind the bedroom door. Better to have any washer/dryer than none, but I do wish both were more robust. I really liked this place and I would happily stay here again. Also, the restaurant at la marina tennis and yacht club is excellent. Be sure to get the complete street address and landmarks for Playa Escondita as it's a little tricky to find.

Summary: Playa Escondido s is a very friendly community..no elevator but someone at desk will always help.. lots of areas to explore in neighborhood and close to bus.. enjoyed my month for sure ..

Summary: Condo was excellent, nice deck, a bit small. BBQ was great. Condo bed and furniture were great very comfortable. Tv was super, nice to be able to watch Canadian content. Swimming pool great temperature, easy access out gate to beach. Staff excellent , Betty are maid very good. The only drawback,was the low water pressure.
