This beautiful 2900SF home in Reno is just what you are looking for. A convenient location just 10 minutes from downtown Reno and literally across the street from Peavine Mountain where there are many trails for hiking, biking, and more. This house is also just 5 minutes from UNR and 3 minutes from Rancho San Rafael Park.
The house has four large bedrooms. 1 master room downstairs with a extra large bathroom and closet and three upstairs. A fifth bedrom upstairs was converted into a movie room with 4 leather Lazyboy electric recliners.
Downstairs has a dining room, living room, large kitchen and laundry room.
The backyard is situated with two ares to hang out and relax. The side yard has room for parking an RV if needed (advance notice and cost required)
This house is environmentally sound with a fully solar powered 6KW PV System

Summary: Our family stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and is in great condition. Communication was great and Jared's brother ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: We stayed for a week while attending the Reno Air Races. Everything was clean and in good working order when we arrived. Towels were set out in each room. There's a lot of space and a nice patio to relax in the evenings. The layout of the house is nice (and the theater room is pretty cool 😎). If I had any complaint about the layout, it would be only 1 bathroom for the 3 upstairs bedrooms - but, there's nothing that can be done about that. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Reno. Thanks so much for your hospitality and sharing your house with us!

Summary: We were so impressed with this excellent vacation home. Luxury accommodations! Clean, fun, great view of the Reno skyline, a home theater where my husband disappeared for hours and a master bedroom fit for a honeymoon. All my family were comfy-cozy throughout our stay. Summary: This place was great! Within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, and close to downtown. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Clean Beautiful House. We felt comfortable as soon as we unpacked The two floor living area worked great for the early to bed and the late to rise. Good workable kitchen with everything you need, plus a little. Great location! everywhere we went ( Costco, Eldorado Etc.) was 15 minutes or less. If you like walking check out the river walk. West form st ST. is amazing. We could not find a TV remote so I text Mike who was visiting Montana at the time. He called me back quickly offering me help looking for the remote. He then took a lot of time to tell of great things to do while in Reno. When I need a house this size again i will look here FIRST.

Summary: Our family of 6 (4 college-aged kids) stayed here while visiting family in Reno. The house was wonderful - plenty of room to spread out and a big backyard with lots of sun. It's close to the airport, downtown and grocery stores/shopping. The owner was very responsive and quick to accomodate a late check out. We will stay here again, thank you!

Summary: We absolutely fell in love with this house. It is so welcoming and the space is amazing for a group or even large family! Everything we needed was on hand, including a high chair! The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was very quiet with friendly neighbors! We were sad we didn’t have time to utilize the outdoor space because it was incredible! Would highly recommend and hoping to be able to utilize this house in the future!

Summary: We really enjoyed this property. Rooms were very comfortably appointed. Master on the 1st floor was excellant. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and bowls, dishes everything. The furniture could use some updating in the living and dining room but it did not take away from our comfort. The outside patio was very nice and the grill was appreciated. If we're ever back in Reno we will stay here again, very easy to get around the area.
