Positive: We really enjoyed the location, the way the house was furnished, and really enjoyed the kitchen and we also enjoy that there were TVs in each room to please each family member. 
Negative: It’s not that we do not like the property as a whole it’s more of the amenities that were in the description when booking this Airbnb. We did not like the fact that there was mold in the coffee maker and I purposely did not bring my own because of this amenity and so that was disappointing. I also wish that there would’ve been a crockpot, Something else that I did not bring in hopes that there would be one available. We felt like the house could have been cleaner, there was dirt under the sofas, sticky floors, the bathroom floors weren’t that clean and if we’re going to get charged $177 for a cleaning fee we expect it to be cleaned prior to entering the property. We did not like the backyard because the grill did not work and the yard lights did not work, we felt like the landscape could’ve been more well kept there were lots of weeds to the point where we struggled to walk up the stairs.  We also felt like it was very unprofessional that we were bringing in packages on two separate days.  We felt pretty uncomfortable because when we came back to the house on two different occasions, the door was unlocked and we checked it both times before we left the second day we stayed the garage light was on visible through the door, which really truly made us all feel uncomfortable, including the kids.and lastly not that this is something that can necessarily be fixed but we do not enjoy how squeaky the floors were when we walk on.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay we just wish that we would’ve gotten what was described in the description when booking the Airbnb.

Positive: The space and the patio.
Negative: The booking.com gps'd us into the wrong address. They put us at 1835 Sierra Highlands. Could have been very embarrassing/awkward if the door was answered. The stained carpets, broken chairs and filthy oven was a real turn off. The backyard/BBQ were totally not as portrayed as in the pic's. Hopefully someone fixes the grapes before they fall down on someone. I would actually like a refund of some sort for the condition of the house. Everyone felt like we had to be careful walking in the front door because of a leak and some rotting of the floor. Plus it was confusing because we were sent two different codes. And I sent the concierge an email with a question and didn't get a reply about making sure they were with blankets for everyone.
