Positive: Spacious apartments, bigger rooms. Easy to reach Zurich main station.
Negative: There is only one toilet in the apartment and I asked the host before the check in and host confirmed that there are two toilets, but there was only one toilet.

Positive: The apartment was lovely & very clean. When I called for additional towels, they were delivered immediately - by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The location is very safe. We were very pleased.
Negative: My suggestion would be to provide a coffeemaker, as there was no place close to purchase a cup of coffee in the morning. Also, the unit accommodates 6 people, but there was silverware for only 3. General amenities such as bath wash, shampoo, and lotion would have been helpful. An additional trash can in the larger tub bathroom would also be helpful.
Summary: Very nice, very clean apartment in a safe neighborhood.

Negative: Pillows! They were so flat, it was like not having a pillow . When we asked for extra, we were told they couldn’t provide. Property that charges that much per night should give a decent pillow!

Positive: All is just right as expected as shown in the photos. We are a family of 5 and the apartment is huge and elevator is a plus. Tram is 5mins walk from the apartment and yes all is good!
