This hillside ranch home is located in Ellis County overlooking 400 acres of rolling ranchland. Just 45 minutes from both Dallas and Ft Worth area, and 2.8 mi. on FM 813, from IH-45 at Palmer, TX, exit 259. Property is fenced and gated, remote gate openers are included for you convenience. Wide driveways and parking areas, just outside front door, includes covered parking. Screened porches with 8 ceiling fans and lots of seating, including gliders and rocking chairs, around three sides of Great Room. Pool just outside. Beautiful views of nature at its best. Birding, admiring the landscape and breathtaking sunsets are just to name a few. Large beautiful pool with hot tub attached. Inside you are welcomed by spacious great room with an oversized rocked fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms off of a wide hall, each with its own full, in suite, bathroom. Professional Workout equipment includes Elliptical Workout Machine and Rowing Machine. Laundry room with washer /dryer, including laundry detergent.

Summary: A gorgeous ranch home built with attention to detail. This house is a truly oasis to relax and unwind while visiting the DFW area. Highly recommend making the drive and staying here. The hosts Robin and Teresa go above and beyond as this is truly their home and have excellent communication during your stay. We brought our three kids on a family vacation to Dallas and booked this home to have a place to relax and spend our evenings after sightseeing in and around DFW. The yard was perfect for our kids, they played outside every evening. The house feels like home from the moment you walk in the door and has everything you could need. The drive into Dallas isn’t too far and it is close to other surrounding cities like Ennis and Waxahachie. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the DFW area, but relax and unwind watching the beautiful Texas sunsets every evening, book this house!

Summary: Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Robin, the host, was outstanding in responding to our our needs. Very easy to communicate with him! It's not very often you find a place that invites the guest to explore and enjoy the outside property as well as the wonderful house. We will definately stay here again.

Summary: First and Foremost Robin and Theresa are the most amazing host ever. They are speedy and so helpful. The house is so amazing from the views to the comfy beds and amazing stocked and huge kitchen. Tons of hot water for those shower hog too. We are a racing family and come in late and rest of day. This house is just the thing we need. From sitting around the pool and relax and talk about our night before to enjoy the monster tv for playing back videos from the night before. Thank you again for always having us.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was clean and ready for us to jump in soon as we arrived. The house was the same and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities + more. As someone that enjoys cooking, I could tell the owners felt the same. We spent most of our time in the pool or hanging our in the screened patio to escape the Texas sun which was really nice. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone simply looking for some quality R&R. Thanks again to the host for making our weekend stress free and enjoyable!
