Positive: The place was overall clean, but the cleaning staff only cleaned to make it pass. Beds weren't made. Sheets were placed on bed, not ironed, not even really neetly folded.
Negative: No heart into the cleaning and final touches of the place. Place is advertised as sleeping 14 people. Hardly enough cutlery for half that amount, and even after asking for more, just a little was brought. After asking again, there was no response. How must 14 people eat without the necessary plates, and cutlery. Also, pots are far too small to make food for 14. No serving dishes to dish up food and salads. Washing mashine and dryer listed as amenities, but it was down in a dirty basement that has not been cleaned in months. Dust and leaves lying thick all the way down. No lights. Dryer not working. Things standing around and overall extremely dirty. Towels lying on top of the dirty dryer in a bundle. It was just so dirty and unacceptable. Of all the 6 places we stayed during our stay in the US, this was by far the worst. Places in Thailand and Africa where we stayed exceeded this in terms of cleanliness.

Negative: Wi-Fi is spotty, so tv was kind of hard to watch. Also, smell when you walk in is a strong odor of 420, so some smell good would be recommended.

Positive: Place was HUGE! More than enough room for us. Location was fantastic. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors were very kind.
Negative: It smells like smoke. The entryway especially smells. Not sure if it’s the downstairs neighbor’s apartment or what, but we stopped at a store to get candles and spray which helped a lot.
Summary: Start of stay was a bit tough with the smell, but once we made adjustments everything else was great.

Positive: Location is great. Easy on-street parking. Staff was easy to contact and responded quickly.
Negative: This unit is a 2nd story of an older Row House, (Interior is Refurbished and Nice). The old stairway from the bottom floor is not air-tight. I am guessing the residents on the bottom floor smoke Marijuana, (which is legal in Missouri), and the smell rises to the top floor. It wasn't horrible but definitely noticeable.
Summary: Good place to stay, just be aware of the potential Marijuana smell.

Positive: good location and neighorhood, very good communication, appartment spacious, simple beds, bathroom good and clean, kitchen good equipped, in general very clean, couch an sofa with some staines - maybe wetcleaning would help, nice balcony
