Summary: We had an amazing stay. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family Xmas gathering. Happy of have found a place that is so nice and open! Loved the layout.

Summary: Nice house with plenty of room for the kids to play their games and for adults to be able to catch up. Everyone had a good time. I may be old school but 1 of the things I would add is some kitchen towels and a dish rag or so. That way we could clean up better. Otherwise, we had a great time. Thank you

Summary: Stayed for a weekend to celebrate Christmas with the whole family (4 Generations). Property was well located for us and was nicely equipped for our needs. Communication with owners was very good.

Summary: We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Summary: This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students.

Summary: Three siblings with Waterloo roots came back for a family reunion with their families. This property was excellent in all respects! Plenty of room for three adult couples on the main floor, and all of the kids (3 were 8-10 and 3 young teens) slept comfortably in the beds and sofas in the basement. Plenty of in house entertainment - TV, air hockey, ping pong, video games, and some old school board games. The kitchen was well equipped and ready to handle our large group. Spacious deck and large back yard space including a small pond suitable for fishing (with poles and basic tackle provided in the garage). Vacant garage served as an additional playroom/pickleball court. Our host/POC Nick was very quick and responsive to any communications. Very close to the waterpark as well as to the Crossroads shopping center area. Easy access to downtown Waterloo and environs. We come back to Waterloo every few years, and we will definitely be returning to this property in the future! For what is it worth, my cousin's company poured the foundations for the homes in this neighborhood.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and were blown away by the cleanliness and all it had to offer. Lots of towels, extra blankets/pillows, fully equipped kitchen and also had folding table and chairs for extra seating which was a huge bonus for our large family! One of the best rental houses we have ever stayed at! Easily located and only a couple minute drive from the lost island waterpark! Hands down one of the best rentals properties we have ever stayed at.

Summary: Walking into a fresh smelling, beautiful and immaculate home was so inviting in itself; but I was continually impressed that anything we would need was thought of. From kitchen utensils down to ice paks/first aid kit for injuries, we were able to find needed items. The air hockey was a hit and the fishing was as well. Comfortable beds, lots of linens, and couches super comfy. We had no trouble being entertained just inside the house, gaming etc...highly recommend this vrbo!
