Summary: Everything was great just how yall advertised just the only downside was the owner just never replied to my messages and also WiFi was a big problem we tried to have a movie night and WiFi couldn’t even connect.

Summary: This house was charming with plenty of room for our family and friends to stay and relax as we all were in town for UT graduation. It was so much nicer than a hotel stay and gave us plenty of room for our Franklin BBQ to-go. We had a few glitches when we checked in but the contact was quick to respond and helpful. We would definitely rent again.

Summary: Spacious accommodations for our large family group arriving from different cities for a graduation celebration. Beautifully appointed furnishings and outdoor areas.Master bedroom was missing a hair dryer, and it was disappointing that we were not allowed to quietly visit outside on a Saturday night after 10. Overall though, worked perfectly for us and would love to stay again.
