Main level consists of living room with a 60" tv(Netflix), 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, dining area with sliding door to patio containing BBQ and seating. Lower level has a rec room with new furniture and 60" tv , bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Ideal for families looking for private space for older kids or separate living for second family. The property is located in central location only minutes from historic downtown and PEI's beautiful beaches and golf courses.

Summary: Anton's house was great for our group of five. Everyone had their own bed and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate. Location was perfect, a short drive anywhere we needed to go. Very happy with Anton as a host. Lovely experience overall!

Summary: The house was very clean and showed just like the pictures. Centrally located in Charlottetown to downtown or any excursions you want to take. If we had any questions, Anton was very quick in replying to you. We definitely recommend the spot.

Summary: Property was very clean, well equipped, and the owner was responsive and accessible. The location is central, in a family neighborhood, with great access to shops and downtown Charlottetown. As a group of 4 golfers on vacation, the house offered everything we wanted.

Summary: This was an ideal location near Charlottetown within 20 minutes of beaches and other various attractions. Groceries stores within 10 minutes. Anton's place was immaculate, clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Anton was quick to answer any questions I had. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely go back!!
